Inleiding
Het neoclassistische PAKHUIS MET KANTOOR dateert van 1868-'69. In het bedrijfsgedeelte is gebruik gemaakt van gietijzeren kolommen.
Omschrijving
Het pakhuis bestaat uit een kantoor- en een bedrijfsgedeelte.
Het kantoorgedeelte is opgetrokken over één bouwlaag met een gepleisterde plint onder een met Hollandse pannen gedekt schilddak. Langs de drie vrije, gepleisterde gevels is de goot uitgevoerd als kroonlijst, uitkragend op de hoeken boven de hoekpilasters. De entreegevel telt drie traveeën, de zijgevels één. De entreegevel heeft een middenrisaliet bekroond door een fronton. Het risaliet is glad gepleisterd, de andere traveeën hebben schijnvoegen. In de linker twee traveeën en in de zuidgevel een zesruits schuifvenster, in de rechter travee een dubbele paneeldeur met bovenlicht, in de noordgevel een nis, allen afgesloten door een rondboog. Het pand is met de zuidgevel tegen het bedrijfsgedeelte aangebouwd. Het bedrijfsgedeelte bestaat uit twee gebouwen.
Het hoofdgebouw is opgetrokken in baksteen over drie bouwlagen onder een met Hollandse pannen gedekt schilddak. Rondom loopt een kroonlijst. Alle vensters zijn segmentboogvormig en hebben een in gele steen gemetselde strek met oren. De hoofdgevel (Z) heeft een verticale driedeling. Het middendeel, dat iets terugligt in de gevel, gaat hoger op en heeft een topgevel, waarlangs de geknikte kroonlijst loopt. De drie geveldelen hebben ieder twee vensterassen met op alle bouwlagen een venster of een laaddeur. Op de begane grond op de eerste en vierde as van links een deur, op de vijfde een dubbele deur. In de geveltop van het middendeel twee vensters met een rondboogvormige strek op een gemeenschappelijke raamdorpel.
De achtergevel (N) telt drie vensterassen met op de eerste en tweede verdieping een venster. Op de begane grond links een dubbele deur.
Tegen de zuidwand van het grote deel staat een klein in dezelfde steen gemetseld bedrijfsgebouwtje onder een zadeldak. Ook hier strekken in geel metselwerk. In de geveltoppen rozetvensters. De begane grond van de zuidgevel is gewijzigd.

The office section is constructed over one storey with a plastered plinth under a hipped roof covered with Dutch tiles. The entrance facade has a central risalit crowned by a pediment. The risalit is smoothly plastered, the other bays have rustication lines. In the left two bays and in the south facade a six-light sash window, in the right bay a double paneled door with fanlight, in the north facade a niche, all closed by a round arch. The building is constructed against the business section with its south facade. The business section consists of two buildings.
The main building is constructed in brick over three storeys under a hipped roof covered with Dutch tiles. A cornice runs around the entire perimeter. All windows are segmental arch-shaped and have a string course in yellow stone with ears. The main facade (S) has a vertical tripartite division. The middle section, which recedes slightly into the facade, rises higher and has a stepped gable, along which the angled cornice runs. The three facade sections each have two window bays with on all storeys a window or a loading door. On the ground floor on the first and fourth bay from the left a door, on the fifth a double door. In the gable top of the middle section two windows with a round-arch shaped string course on a common window sill.
The rear facade (N) has three window bays with on the first and second upper storey a window. On the ground floor left a double door.
Against the south wall of the large section stands a small business building constructed in the same stone under a gabled roof. Here too string courses in yellow stonework. In the gable tops rose windows. The ground floor of the south facade has been modified.
