Dubbele ARBEIDERSWONING met aankapping opgetrokken in rode baksteen met twee topgevels van witte kalkzandsteen op een trasraam van rood-bruine klinkersteen. Het pand wordt gedekt door een met nieuwe pannen (oorspronkelijk cementpan) belegd schilddak dat aan de voorzijde twee steekkappen heeft met strakke windveren. Een houten goot op klossen en een fries van witte kalkzandsteen omsluiten het geheel. De voorgevel heeft twee deuren met kijkgat en bovenlicht en een bakstenen stoepje. Tussen beide deuren bevinden zich twee driedelige vensters met bovenlicht. Zowel deuren en ramen hebben een gepleisterde latei. In de topgevels een tweeruits venster onder een getoogde hanekam van rode baksteen, met daarboven een gepleisterd decoratief vlakje.
In de beide zijgevels twee H-vensters onder een latei en een kleiner venster (1978) in de aankapping. In de achtergevel eveneens twee H-venster en in de aankapping een deur met klein venster ernaast (1960). In het dakvlak bevindt zich een dakkapel (1978).

Description
Double WORKERS' DWELLING with lean-to extension erected in red brick with two gabled ends of white sand-lime brick on a base course of red-brown clinker brick. The building is covered by a hipped roof lined with new tiles (originally cement pan), which has two roof gables at the front with taut wind braces. A wooden gutter on corbels and a frieze of white sand-lime brick enclose the whole. The front gable has two doors with peephole and fanlight and a brick step. Between both doors are two three-part windows with fanlight. Both doors and windows have a plastered lintel. In the gabled ends a two-pane window under an arched cockscomb of red brick, with above it a plastered decorative panel.
In both side gables two H-windows under a lintel and a smaller window (1978) in the lean-to extension. In the rear gable likewise two H-windows and in the lean-to extension a door with small window next to it (1960). In the roof plane there is a roof dormer (1978).
