Inleiding
Twee GRENSPALEN NR. "848" aan weerszijden van een eenvoudig spijlenhek over het riviertje de Glane op de rijksgrens tussen Nederland en Duitsland in het dorp Glanerbrug. Het hek is voor de bescherming van ondergeschikt belang maar vormt wel de verbinding tussen de beide grenspalen.
Omschrijving
Twee vierzijdige taps toelopende palen van Bentheimer steen met piramide-vormige beëindiging en de inscriptie "848".

Twee grenspalen van cultuurhistorisch en stedebouwkundig belang vanwege: - de functie als markering van de rijksgrens tussen Nederland en Duitsland
