Inleiding
Laat 19de-eeuwse ARBEIDERSWONING gelegen op geruime afstand van de langhuisstolp in de noordelijke hoek van het erf. Zowel de achter-(W) als de rechterzijde (N) hebben op de begane grond een kleine houten aanbouw die het monumentale karakter echter niet schaden.
NB: De genoemde aanbouwen vallen buiten de bescherming.
Omschrijving
Arbeiderswoning op een rechthoekig noord-zuid gericht grondplan bestaande uit een parterre en een kapverdieping, onder met zwarte Hollandse pan bedekt zadeldak. Het zadeldak heeft in de nok een vierkante gemetselde schoorsteen, die evenals het muurwerk van de arbeiderswoning is opgetrokken in rode baksteen. Het muurwerk heeft aan de binnenzijde stijlen waardoor aan de buitenzijde de schieters van de ankers zichtbaar zijn.
De voorzijde (O) heeft op de parterre drie T-vensters. De linkerzijde (Z) heeft alleen in de geveltop een liggend tweelichtsvenster. De rechterzijde (N) heeft in de geveltop een opgeklampte deur met bovenlicht
Waardering
Laat 19de-eeuwse arbeiderswoning is van algemeen belang als historisch-functioneel onderdeel van het langhuisstolpboerderij-complex alsook wegens typologische en sociaal-historische waarde.

A late 19th-century WORKERS' DWELLING located at a considerable distance from the long-house farmstead in the northern corner of the plot. Both the rear (W) and right side (N) have on the ground floor a small wooden extension which does not, however, damage the monumental character.
NB: The mentioned extensions fall outside the protection.
Description
Workers' dwelling on a rectangular north-south oriented ground plan consisting of a ground floor and a roof-truss storey, under a gabled roof covered with black Dutch tiles. The gabled roof has a square brick chimney at the ridge, which, like the masonry of the workers' dwelling, is built in red brick. The masonry has internal posts by which the projecting ends of the anchors are visible on the outside.
The front (E) has on the ground floor three T-windows. The left side (S) has only a horizontal two-light window in the gable top. The right side (N) has a clamped door with fanlight in the gable top.
Valuation
The late 19th-century workers' dwelling is of general importance as a historically-functional component of the long-house farmstead complex and also for its typological and social-historical value.
