Inleiding
STOLPSCHUUR bij de ten zuidwesten gelegen rentenierswoning, die omstreeks 1910 aan het complex is toegevoegd. De stolpschuur is door een aanbouw aan de zuidwestzijde direct verbonden met de rentenierswoning.
N.B.: De aanbouwen aan de zuidoost- en de zuidwestzijde vallen buiten de bescherming.
Omschrijving
Stolpschuur onder een met een zwarte muldenpan bedekt schilddak met een vrij korte, haaks op de weg staande, nok. Het schilddak rust op een houten vierkantsconstructie. De houten vierkantsconstructie bestaat uit vier houten pijlers met dekbalkgebint en overstek op het noordwesten.
Het in rode baksteen opgetrokken muurwerk van de stolpschuur wordt aan de bovenzijde rondom afgesloten met een goot op houten klossen.
De rechterzijde (ZO) heeft aan de linkerkant van de gevel een dwarsdeur.
De achterzijde (NO) heeft een vrijwel blinde gevel die ter rechterzijde wordt onderbroken door een deuropening. De deuropening heeft twee houten deuren met een gezamenlijk bovenlicht. Het bovenlicht wordt door een drietal roeden opgedeeld in vier vierkante kleine vensteropeningen. Direct onder de ramen in de voorgenoemde deuren bevinden zich vier glaspanelen. Het formaat van deze glaspanelen komt overeen met die van de zich hierboven bevindende ramen. Ter rechterzijde van de deuropening bevindt zich een houten uitbouw met een liggende weeg.
De linkerzijde (NW) heeft op de begane grond vrijwel direct onder de houten goot, die de begane grond aan de bovenzijde afsluit en geplaatst is op houten gootklampen, een serie getoogde ijzeren stalvensters.
Waardering
De stolpschuur is van algemeen belang als historisch-functioneel onderdeel van het beschreven rentenierswoning-complex.

STOLPSCHUUR (timber-framed barn) adjoining the rentier's dwelling situated to the southwest, which was added to the complex around 1910. The stolpschuur is directly connected to the rentier's dwelling by an extension on the southwest side.

Description
Stolpschuur under a hipped roof covered with black Dutch-style tiles with a relatively short ridge perpendicular to the road. The hipped roof rests on a wooden square-section frame structure. The wooden square-section frame structure consists of four wooden posts with tie-beam framework and overhang on the northwest.
The brickwork of the stolpschuur, constructed in red brick, is finished at the top on all sides with a gutter on wooden corbels.
The right side (SE) has a cross door on the left of the façade.
The rear side (NE) has a virtually blank façade that is interrupted on the right side by a door opening. The door opening has two wooden doors with a shared fanlight. The fanlight is divided by three glazing bars into four small square window openings. Directly below the windows in the aforementioned doors are four glass panes. The format of these glass panes corresponds to that of the windows above them. On the right side of the door opening is a wooden outbuilding with a weighing machine.
The left side (NW) has on the ground floor virtually directly below the wooden gutter, which finishes the ground floor at the top and is placed on wooden gutter clamps, a series of arched iron cattle windows.
