De LUCHTDOELREMISE XI betreft een rechthoekig gebouw met uiterst links, in het midden en uiterst rechts drie ingangen aan de zuidzijde.
De middelste ingang geeft met stalen dubbele deuren direct toegang tot het remiselokaal, dat met extra zware binnenwanden is omgeven. Het remiselokaal is via twee doorgangen verbonden met de gangruimten.
De linker en rechter ingang met stalen deuren geven toegang tot twee portalen, middels een hoek van 90° verbonden met de gangruimten. Aan de buitenzijde van de zuidwest wand zijn twee privaten aangebracht. Langs de noordoost wand zijn gegroepeerd een keuken, magazijn, en twee legeringslokalen voor manschappen. Rechts naast het remiselokaal is de legeringsruimte voor officieren. Boven de middelste ingang is bestekjaar 1932 aangebracht. In de jaren '50 zijn in verband met de verbouwing van het werk tot ziekenhuis, de functies van een aantal ruimten als volgt gewijzigd:legeringslokaal manschappen werd ziekenzaal, legeringsruimte officieren werd verbandopslag, remiselokaal werd ontvangpost, magazijn werd sterilisatiekamer en keuken werd operatiekamer.
De buitenwanddikte bedraagt 1.80 m. De bovendekking bedraagt 2.00m gewapend beton. Het gebouw meet een grootste lengte van 14.60 m en een breedte van 20.40 m. Het gebouw is geheel omgeven met aardwerken.
Waardering
De luchtdoelremise XI is als belangwekkend historisch-functioneel onderdeel van de Stelling bij Den Oever van algemeen belang.

The AIR-DEFENCE MAGAZINE XI is a rectangular building with at the far left, in the middle and at the far right three entrances on the south side.
The middle entrance with steel double doors provides direct access to the magazine space, which is surrounded by extra thick internal walls. The magazine space is connected to the corridor spaces via two passages.
The left and right entrances with steel doors provide access to two portals, connected to the corridor spaces by means of a 90° angle. On the outer side of the southwest wall two privies have been installed. Along the northeast wall are grouped a kitchen, magazine, and two dormitories for personnel. To the right next to the magazine space is the officers' quarters. Above the middle entrance the specification year 1932 has been marked. In the 1950s, in connection with the conversion of the work into a hospital, the functions of a number of spaces were changed as follows: personnel dormitory became ward, officers' quarters became dressing storage, magazine space became reception post, magazine became sterilization room and kitchen became operating room.
The outer wall thickness is 1.80 m. The roof covering is 2.00 m reinforced concrete. The building measures a maximum length of 14.60 m and a width of 20.40 m. The building is completely surrounded by earthworks.
