Inleiding
De enkele OPHAALBRUG, daterend uit het laatste kwart van de negentiende of eerste kwart van de twintigste eeuw, overspant aan de noordzijde de sloot parallel langs de Stompwijkseweg en geeft toegang tot het erf van de boerderij "Dit is in 't Hemelrick" (beschermd onder monumentnummer 25723). De brug, die afkomstig zou zijn uit Hazerswoude, zou zijn gelegd ter vervanging van een houten brug.
Omschrijving
De in geklonken ijzeren I-profiel geconstrueerde enkele ophaalbrug heeft een eenvoudige hameipoort met schoren. De hameipoort staat aan de zijde van de boerderij en aan die kant zijn ook de beide trekstangen bevestigd. Tussen de balanspriemen zijn voor de stijfheid kruislings stangen aangebracht. De balans wordt door smeedijzeren kettingen verbonden met het houten brugdek. De leuning van de brug bestaat uit een enkele ronde ijzeren stang.

Introduction
The single DRAWBRIDGE, dating from the last quarter of the nineteenth or first quarter of the twentieth century, spans the ditch on the north side running parallel to the Stompwijkseweg and provides access to the farmyard of the farm "Dit is in 't Hemelrick" (protected under national monument number 25723). The bridge, which is said to have come from Hazerswoude, was laid as a replacement for a wooden bridge.
Description
The single drawbridge constructed from riveted iron I-profile has a simple bascule gate with struts. The bascule gate is on the farm side and on that side both pull rods are attached. Between the balance beams cross braces are installed for stiffness. The balance is connected to the wooden bridge deck by wrought iron chains. The bridge railing consists of a single round iron rod.
