Inleiding
WOONHUIS MET STAARTSTUK T.B.V. STALLEN, behorend bij het boerderijcomplex van de hofboerderij "Vondel's Landleeuw". Het lange gebouw is west-oostgericht en bevindt zich ten noorden van de binnenhof, waarbij het woonhuis zich aan de straatzijde (west) bevindt en het staartstuk daarachter ligt (oostelijk).
Omschrijving
Woonhuis met stallen, gebouwd op rechthoekig grondplan onder zadeldaken met noklijn loodrecht op de Hoofdweg. Het woonhuis heeft een hoogte van twee bouwlagen, het staartstuk een hoogte van één bouwlaag. Het woonhuis heeft rechthoekige houten vensters met keramische dorpeltegels en rechthoekige houten deuren. De vensters op de begane grond hebben glas-in-loodbovenlichten.
De voorgevel van het woonhuis (W) heeft een breedte van twee vensterassen. Op de begane grond bevat de linkeras een kruiskozijn, de rechteras bevat een dubbele terrasdeur geflankeerd door vensters. Op de eerste verdieping bevatten beide vensterassen vier draairamen. Boven deze vensters is de naam "VONDEL'S LANDLEEUW" aangebracht. In de nok bevindt zich een klein ruitvormig venster.
