Het bijgebouw in de tuin is in baksteen opgetrokken vanuit een rechthoekige plattegrond. Het zadeldak met decoratieve windveer is gedekt met zwarte kruispannen.

-vanwege de ruimtelijke en functionele relatie met het herenhuis in de toenmalige uitbreiding van Zwolle in het groene gebied tussen station en stad
