Het NOTARIEEL ARCHIEF is over drie bouwlagen opgetrokken op een rechthoekige plattegrond, in rode baksteen met zandstenen speklagen, onder een zadeldak met antracietgrijze tuile du Nordpannen.
De eindgevels, tuitgevels, zijn voorzien van zandstenen deklijsten, evenals de dakkapellen met tuitgevels en zadeldakjes boven de langsgevels. De vensteropeningen in de dakkapellen zijn geplaatst onder zandstenen lateien. Onderlangs de deklijsten van de eindgevels zijn getrapt zandstenen blokken aangebracht.
De gevels zijn geleed door vensters met een fijne ijzeren roedenverdeling onder in gele verblendsteen gemetselde segmentbogen. De eindgevels zijn voorzien van sierankers. De noordelijke eindgevel heeft twee gevelstenen met "Anno" en "1912" erin gehouwen. De oostelijke langsgevel is deels opgetrokken achter één van de gepleisterde muren (mon.nr. 509805).

Description
The NOTARIAL ARCHIVES are erected over three storeys on a rectangular floor plan, in red brick with sandstone bond courses, under a gabled roof with anthracite-grey tuile du Nord tiles.
The end facades, spout gables, are provided with sandstone coping stones, as are the roof dormers with spout gables and saddle roof tiles above the long facades. The window openings in the roof dormers are placed under sandstone lintels. Below the coping stones of the end facades stepped sandstone blocks have been applied.
The facades are articulated by windows with fine iron glazing bars under segmented arches laid in yellow facing brick. The end facades are provided with ornamental wall anchors. The northern end facade has two facade stones with "Anno" and "1912" carved into them. The eastern long facade is partly erected behind one of the plastered walls (mon. no. 509805).

The notarial archives are of general cultural, architectural historical and urban planning importance because of:
