DUIVENTOREN.
De vermoedelijk in oorsprong uit ca. 1700 daterende duiventoren is gelegen op een heuvel aan het einde van een zichtas over de vijverpartij ten westen van het kasteel. De op een vierkante plattegrond, in baksteen opgetrokken duiventoren, is twee bouwlagen hoog en heeft een plat dak. Het platte dak werd in het eerste kwart van de 19de eeuw voorzien van 'kantelen' op de naar het kasteel gerichte gevel. Deze gevel werd toen tevens wit gepleisterd en voorzien van een zwarte plint. De toren heeft een rondboogachtige onderdoorgang. Op de verdieping bevindt zich een duivenslag. De duiventoren, als folly en als 'piont de vue', vormt een belangrijk ornamenteel onderdeel van het landschapspark.

Description
DOVECOTE.
The dovecote, presumed to date from around 1700, is located on a hill at the end of a visual axis overlooking the pond to the west of the castle. The dovecote, constructed in brick on a square plan, is two storeys high and has a flat roof. The flat roof was provided with 'crenellations' on the gable facing the castle in the first quarter of the 19th century. This gable was also whitewashed at that time and provided with a black plinth. The tower has a round-arched passage underneath. On the upper storey there is a dovecote. The dovecote, as a folly and as a 'point de vue', forms an important ornamental component of the landscape park.
