Inleiding
Aan de noordzijde van de Langeweg gelegen BOERDERIJ van het type zijbaander, thans omgebouwd tot woonhuis.
De boerderij ligt midden op een driehoekige kavel grond tussen de Langeweg en het Achterom, met de noklijn evenwijdig aan de Langeweg.
De boerderij dateert in oorsprong uit de 18de eeuw, maar heeft een voorgevel uit circa 1900. Ook andere details van de boerderij dateren van rond 1900.
De kavel grond waarop de boerderij zich bevindt wordt omgeven door karakteristieke hulst- en meidoornhagen. In de voortuin van de boerderij staan pal voor de voorgevel drie leilinden.
De boerderij ligt in het beschermd dorpsgezicht van Blaricum.
N.B. De twee schuren welke zich ook op het terrein bevinden, één ten zuidoosten van de boerderij pal aan de weg en één ten noordoosten van de boerderij, vallen buiten de bescherming.
Omschrijving
Op rechthoekig grondplan gebouwde boerderij, type zijbaander, van één bouwlaag hoogte. De boerderij wordt door een rieten zadeldak gedekt, waarvan de noklijn parallel aan de weg loopt. Op de nok van het dak bevinden zich pannen nokvorsten.
De boerderij is opgetrokken in rode baksteen op een zwart gepleisterde plint.
De voorgevel (W) is de pronkgevel en is in opzet symmetrisch. De voorgevel wordt ter weerzijden afgesloten door een wit gepleisterde pilaster. De geveltop heeft bovenlangs een muizetand-motief in het baksteenwerk. In de top wordt de voorgevel afgesloten door een kleine schoorsteen met geel bakstenen siermotief. In het midden van de voorgevel bevindt zich de oorspronkelijke dooddeur met bovenlicht waarin zich een gietijzeren levensboom bevindt. De oorspronkelijk deur is echter vervangen door een nieuw glazen exemplaar. Links en rechts van deze deur bevindt zich een houten zesruits schuifvenster. Links wordt de voorgevel beeïndigd door een houten vierkant vierruits venster en rechts door een houten zesruits schuifvenster, echter kleiner van stuk dan de twee zesruits schuifvensters in het midden van de gevel. Alle vensters op de begane grond van de voorgevel bezitten ter weerszijden houten luiken. In de geveltop van de voorgevel bevindt zich een smal houten schuifvenster met roedenverdeling. Bij de onderste ruit van het smalle schuifvenster is één houten luik aangebracht. De deur en ramen worden alle bovenlangs afgesloten door een gebogen strek gevuld met gele en rode baksteen.
De rechterzijgevel (Z) wordt in het midden doorbroken door een iets terugspringende ingangspartij bestaande uit een dubbele houten schuurdeur met links daarvan een houten voordeur met bovenlicht met roedenverdeling. Deze ingangspartij wordt bovenlangs afgesloten door een houten gootlijst welke wordt ondersteund door houten schragen. Links van de ingangspartij bevinden zich twee zesruits houten schuifvensters met ter weerszijden daarvan luiken. Het gevelgedeelte rechts van de ingangspartij is wit gepleisterd en bevat drie vaste zesruits houten vensters met een luik. Daar de rieten kap bij dit gevelgedeelte vrij laag doorloopt, bevinden de vensters zich hier laag in de gevel, net boven de grond.
De linkerzijgevel (N) heeft van links naar rechts: vijf tot aan de grond doorlopende houten vensters met roedenverdeling en een luik, een ijzeren koestalvenster, een houten deur met in vieren gedeelde ruit, tweemaal een houten dubbel kozijn met roedenverdeling en luiken, een enkel vierruits houten kozijn en tot slot een dubbel houten kozijn met roedenverdeling en luiken. Het rieten dak loopt aan deze gevelzijde tot vrij laag door. Ter hoogte van de deur is het dak iets gewelfd en wordt het ondersteund door twee houten siergesneden schragen.
De achtergevel (O) van de boerderij bevat twee vernieuwde houten vensters op de begane grond met luiken en een ijzeren koestalvenster ter rechterzijde. In de geveltop bevinden zich een vierruits vast houten venster met houten luik en een ijzeren koestalvenster als decoratie in de top. De achtergevel is bovenlangs versierd met een muizetand-patroon in het metselwerk.
In alle gevelzijden bevinden zich gietijzeren muurankers.
Waardering
De boerderij is van algemeen belang uit cultuurhistorisch en architectuurhistorisch oogpunt als zijnde een gaaf bewaarde zijbaander uit de 18de en laat 19de eeuw welke karakteristiek en typerend is voor de Gooise landelijke bouwkunst. Tevens heeft het object een ensemblewaarde door zijn prominente ligging binnen het beschermd dorpsgezicht van Blaricum.

FARM of the side-aisle type, situated on the north side of the Langeweg, now converted into a residential house.
The farm is located in the middle of a triangular plot of land between the Langeweg and the Achterom, with the ridge line parallel to the Langeweg.
The farm dates originally from the 18th century, but has a front facade dating from circa 1900. Other details of the farm also date from around 1900.
The plot of land on which the farm is situated is surrounded by characteristic holly and hawthorn hedges. In the front garden of the farm, directly in front of the front facade, stand three lime trees.
The farm is located within the protected village landscape of Blaricum.
N.B. The two barns which are also located on the site, one to the southeast of the farm directly on the road and one to the northeast of the farm, fall outside the protection.
Description
Farm built on a rectangular ground plan, side-aisle type, of one storey in height. The farm is covered by a thatched gabled roof, with the ridge line parallel to the road. On the ridge of the roof are pantile ridge cresting.
The farm is constructed in red brick on a black rendered plinth.
The front facade (W) is the showfacade and is symmetrical in layout. The front facade is terminated on both sides by a white rendered pilaster. The gable top is decorated along the top with a dentil pattern in the brickwork. The front facade is closed at the top by a small chimney with a yellow brick ornamental motif. In the middle of the front facade is the original dead door with fanlight in which a cast-iron tree of life is located. However, the original door has been replaced by a new glazed example. To the left and right of this door is a wooden six-pane sash window. On the left the front facade is terminated by a wooden square four-pane window and on the right by a wooden six-pane sash window, however smaller in size than the two six-pane sash windows in the middle of the facade. All windows on the ground floor of the front facade have wooden shutters on either side. In the gable top of the front facade is a narrow wooden sash window with glazing bars. At the lower pane of the narrow sash window one wooden shutter is fitted. The door and windows are all closed at the top by a curved arch filled with yellow and red brick.
The right side facade (S) is interrupted in the middle by a slightly recessed entrance section consisting of a double wooden barn door with to its left a wooden front door with fanlight with glazing bars. This entrance section is closed at the top by a wooden gutter moulding which is supported by wooden brackets. To the left of the entrance section are two six-pane wooden sash windows with shutters on either side of them. The facade section to the right of the entrance section is white rendered and contains three fixed six-pane wooden windows with a shutter. As the thatched roof runs rather low at this facade section, the windows are located here low in the facade, just above the ground.
The left side facade (N) has from left to right: five wooden windows extending to the ground with glazing bars and a shutter, an iron stable window, a wooden door with a four-pane divided light, twice a wooden double frame with glazing bars and shutters, a single four-pane wooden frame and finally a double wooden frame with glazing bars and shutters. The thatched roof runs on this facade side to rather low level. At the height of the door the roof is slightly arched and is supported by two wooden decoratively carved brackets.
The rear facade (E) of the farm contains two renewed wooden windows on the ground floor with shutters and an iron stable window on the right side. In the gable top are a four-pane fixed wooden window with wooden shutter and an iron stable window as decoration in the top. The rear facade is decorated along the top with a dentil pattern in the masonry.
In all facade sides are cast-iron ornamental wall anchors.
Valuation
The farm is of general importance from a cultural-historical and architectural-historical point of view as being a well-preserved side-aisle farm from the 18th and late 19th century which is characteristic and typical of Gooi rural architecture. The object also has ensemble value due to its prominent location within the protected village landscape of Blaricum.
