Inleiding
Bakhuis/karnhok en washok, rond 1895 gebouwd in streek-eigen bouwtrant. Tegenwoordig gedeeltelijk als badkamer in gebruik.
Omschrijving
Het object is één bouwlaag en een zadeldak hoog, heeft een rechthoekige plattegrond en is opgetrokken uit rode baksteen. De noordwestelijke langsgevel is voorzien van een niet origineel drielingvenster en een schuifraam.
De zuidwestelijke puntgevel is in de top voorzien van een halfrond stalen raampje.
De zuidoostelijke langsgevel heeft onder meer twee houten deuren naar het voormalige karnhok en washok en een houten luik, door een getoogde boog afgesloten.
Tegen de noordoostelijke puntgevel is de nieuwe, platte aanbouw naar het woonhuis gebouwd, die niet voor bescherming in aanmerking komt.
Het pand is voorzien van een zadeldak, gedekt met gesmoorde kruispannen en voorzien van een eenvoudige bakgoot op houten klosjes en een bakstenen schoorsteen.
In het interieur onder meer oven en achter het hierboven genoemde luik een ingebouwde wastobbe.

The object is one storey and a gabled roof high, has a rectangular plan and is constructed in red brick. The north-western long side is furnished with a non-original triple window and a sash window.
The south-western gable is furnished at the apex with a semi-circular steel window.
The south-eastern long side has among other things two wooden doors to the former churn house and wash house and a wooden shutter, closed by an arched opening.
Against the north-eastern gable is built the new, flat extension to the residential house, which is not eligible for protection.
The building is furnished with a gabled roof, covered with interlocked pantiles and furnished with a simple brick gutter on wooden brackets and a brick chimney.
