Boerderij met woning en schuur aaneen, rond 1915 gebouwd in streek-eigen bouwtrant.
Omschrijving
Woning met roodbruine bakstenen lijstgevel; siermetselwerk in gele en rode strengperssteen; raamdorpels in rood geglazuurde steen. Symmetrische voorgevel met in het midden houten paneeldeur en aan weerszijden H-vensters, alle met glas-in-lood in bovenlichten. In linker topgevel houten vensters.
Schuurdeel in zwart geteerde, gepotdekselde delen. Langsgevel met onder meer twee stel houten mendeuren met klinket en rondboogvormig raampje; één stel wagendeuren; rechthoekige horizontale raampjes; gevelopeningen voorzien van witte omkadering.
Zadeldak en gootlijst doorlopend over woonhuis en schuur; zadeldak gedekt met gesmoorde tuile du nord en bij schuurdeel hoger opgaand. Overstekken op klossen, strakke windveren en geprofileerde stokmakelaar.
Waardering
Boerderij van waarde als gaaf voorbeeld van een type. Van architectuurhistorische en ensemblewaarden.

Dwelling with reddish-brown brick cornice-topped facade; ornamental brickwork in yellow and red pressed stone; window lintels in red glazed stone. Symmetrical front facade with in the middle wooden panelled door and on either side H-windows, all with leaded glass in upper lights. In left stepped gable wooden windows.
Barn section in black tarred, pitch-boarded sections. Long facade with among others two sets of wooden stable doors with latch and segmental arch small window; one set of wagon doors; rectangular horizontal small windows; facade openings provided with white surround.
Gabled roof and gutter line running across dwelling and barn; gabled roof covered with smoked French tiles and at barn section higher rising. Overhangs on blocks, tight wind braces and profiled tie rod.
Valuation
Farmhouse of value as intact example of a type. Of architectural-historical and ensemble values.
