Inleiding
Park van de oorspronkelijke buitenplaats "Zorghvliet", gelegen ten noorden/noordwesten van de woning op Langeviele no.5 (die niet voor bescherming in aanmerking komt). De opzet en het karakter van het huidige terrein volgt grotendeels de oude hoofdlijnen.
Omschrijving
Het terrein bestaat uit een open ruimte, grotendeels omsloten door opgaand geboomte en begroeiing. In het open terrein bevindt zich een vijvertje met een vorm die in de landschapsaanleg past. Het terrein is langs de buitenrand voorzien van een omlopend pad. In het verlengde van de Zwinweg is de opgaande, omsluitende begroeiing onderbroken. Hier bevindt zich een 19e eeuws beeld, voorstellende Ceres.
Waardering
Onderdeel van buitenplaats-terrein, van algemeen belang als functioneel onderdeel van het totale complex en vanwege ruimtelijk-historische waarde als goed herkenbaar voorbeeld van 19e eeuwse tuinaanleg en van zeldzaamheidswaarde vanwege het op het terrein voorkomende tuinbeeld.

The terrain consists of an open space, largely enclosed by upright trees and vegetation. In the open terrain is a small pond with a shape that fits the landscape layout. The terrain is provided with a circumambulatory path along the outer edge. In the extension of the Zwinweg the upright, enclosing vegetation is interrupted. Here is located a 19th century statue, representing Ceres.
