Inleiding
Park en overtuin van de oorspronkelijke buitenplaats "Zorghvliet", gelegen naast (voornamelijk ten zuiden van) de woning op Langeviele no.5 (die niet voor bescherming in aanmerking komt). Het geheel is aangelegd rondom de burchtheuvel van het middeleeuwse "Huis te Ellewoutsdijk" en omvat de eigenlijke overtuin, een terrein met ruïne en het terrein rondom de burchtheuvel. De overtuin en het terrein met de ruïne worden van het terrein rond de burchtheuvel gescheiden door een oost-west lopende pad. De opzet en het karakter van het huidige terrein volgt grotendeels de oude hoofdlijnen.
Omschrijving
Tegenover de woning op Langeviele no.6 bevindt zich de overtuin met een vrijwel rechthoekige open ruimte. In deze open ruimte zijn een vijftal tuinvazen op sokkels geplaatst. Aan de zuidzijde van dit terrein staat een zinken tuinkoepel in neo-renaissance stijl die afkomstig zou zijn van de wereldtentoonstelling in Parijs in 1885.
Aan het oostelijke uiteinde van het oost-west lopende pad is een beeld van een engel met trompet geplaatst. Het pad loopt over geaccidenteerd terrein.
Westelijk achter de, aan drie zijden door opgaand geboomte en begroeiing omsloten overtuin, bevindt zich een tweede omsloten open ruimte waarin een kunstmatige ruïne is geplaatst.
Ten noorden van deze open ruimte ligt de middeleeuwse burchtheuvel, omringd door een slotgracht die in de 19e eeuw bij de verlandschappelijking van het terrein een min of meer ronde vorm kreeg. Het eiland is te bereiken via een rijk uitgevoerde brug. Het burchtterrein wordt aan de westzijde begrensd door opgaande begroeiing, waaronder een boomgaard.

Introduction
Park and forecourt of the original country estate "Zorghvliet", situated next to (mainly south of) the dwelling at Langeviele no. 5 (which is not eligible for protection). The whole is laid out around the mound of the medieval "Huis te Ellewoutsdijk" and includes the actual forecourt, a terrain with ruin and the terrain around the mound. The forecourt and the terrain with the ruin are separated from the terrain around the mound by an east-west running path. The layout and character of the current terrain largely follows the old main lines.
Description
Opposite the dwelling at Langeviele no. 6 is the forecourt with an almost rectangular open space. In this open space five garden vases on pedestals have been placed. On the south side of this terrain stands a zinc garden pavilion in neo-renaissance style which is said to originate from the World's Fair in Paris in 1885.
At the eastern end of the east-west running path a statue of an angel with trumpet has been placed. The path runs over uneven terrain.
West behind the forecourt, enclosed on three sides by upright trees and vegetation, is a second enclosed open space in which an artificial ruin has been placed.
North of this open space lies the medieval mound, surrounded by a moat which in the 19th century during the landscaping of the terrain acquired a more or less round shape. The island is accessible via an ornately executed bridge. The mound terrain is bounded on the west side by upright vegetation, including an orchard.
