Kleine goederenloods naast tramstation Baarland, in 1927 gebouwd onder invloed van streek-eigen bouwtrant.
Omschrijving
Rechthoekige, één bouwlaag hoge loods met schilddak. Gedeeltelijk roodbruine bakstenen gevels, gedeeltelijk gepotdekselde houten delen. Houten dubbele en enkele deur, diverse kleine houten vensters met deelroede onder daklijst. Schilddak gedekt met rode holle pannen.
Waardering
Goederenloods, van cultuurhistorische en van ensemblewaarden.
