Omschrijving
Woning op rechthoekige plattegrond met achteraanbouw, één bouwlaag hoog met zadeldak; opgetrokken uit roodbruine baksteen; decoratief siermetselwerk in gele en rode baksteen, onder andere banden en ontlastingsbogen en groen geglazuurde profielstenen in dorpels. De symmetrische voorgevel (lijstgevel) is voorzien van houten H-vensters met gekleurd glas-in-lood in de bovenramen en in het midden een rijk bewerkte houten voordeur met fronton.
Zadeldak gedekt met gesmoorde kruispannen, dakoverstekken op klossen en slanke makelaars; lijstgevel met strakke gootklossen. Schoorstenen met witte banden.

Vrij rijk gedecoreerde boerderijwoning, van belang als onderdeel van het complex.

Dwelling on rectangular ground plan with rear extension, one storey high with gabled roof; built from reddish-brown brick; decorative ornamental brickwork in yellow and red brick, amongst other bands and relieving arches and green glazed moulded stones in sills. The symmetrical front facade (cornice-topped facade) is fitted with wooden H-windows with coloured glass-in-lead in the upper lights and in the centre a richly worked wooden entrance door with pediment.
Gabled roof covered with clay tiles, roof overhangs on brackets and slender modillions; cornice-topped facade with tidy gutter brackets. Chimneys with white bands.
Valuation
Fairly richly decorated farmhouse dwelling, of importance as part of the complex.
