Woonhuis op rechthoekige plattegrond, één bouwlaag hoog met zadeldak, opgetrokken uit roodbruine baksteen.
Symmetrische voorgevel (lijstgevel) met centrale ingangspartij met bovenlicht en aan weerszijden twee houten schuiframen met roedeverdeling. Voorgevel voorzien van gepleisterde lisenen aan weerszijden van voordeur en hoekklisenen; gepleisterde raamomlijstingen en fries.
Linker topgevel met halfrond venster met roedeverdeling.
Achtergevel sober met drie vensters.
Zadeldak gedekt met gesmoorde hollandse pannen, overhangende daklijst.

Dwelling house on rectangular ground plan, one storey high with gabled roof, built from reddish-brown brick.
Symmetrical front facade (cornice-topped facade) with central entrance section with fanlight and on either side two wooden sash windows with glazing bars. Front facade fitted with plastered pilasters on either side of entrance door and corner pilasters; plastered window surrounds and frieze.
Left stepped gable with semicircular window with glazing bars.
Rear facade austere with three windows.
Gabled roof covered with clay tiles, projecting eave.
