Erfinrichting en tuinaanleg, ontworpen door D.F. Tersteeg in 1920. Oprijlaan met ten westen hiervan weide met vate; voorts moestuin, boomgaard en ten oosten van het dubbele woonhuis siertuin met onder meer waterputten, ommuringen en hekwerk.
