Inleiding
KOETSHUIS met BEDRIJFSGEDEELTE, voor zover gelegen in de gemeente Denekamp, behorende tot de buitenplaats Singraven, gelegen ten zuiden van Huis Singraven. Het koetshuis is in 1868 verbouwd in opdracht van Hendrik Jan Bernhard Roessingh-Udink. In het koetshuis zijn nog resten van eerdere bouwfasen aanwezig. In 1957 is aan de westkant een gedeelte van het koetshuis verbouwd tot woonhuis. Dit woonhuisgedeelte is voor de bescherming van ondergeschikt belang. In 1986 zijn de stallen gerenoveerd.
Omschrijving
Het langwerpige, verdiepingloze pand bestaat uit twee beuken (koetshuis aan de noordzijde en bedrijfsgedeelte aan de zuidzijde) onder twee afgeknotte schilddaken, gedekt met gesmoorde Hollandse pannen. Het dakschild van het bedrijfsgedeelte loopt aan de achterzijde (Z) verder door. Alle gevels zijn witgepleisterd en voorzien van gootlijsten, behalve de zuidgevel. In de voorgevel van het koetshuis (N) zijn centraal twee dubbele inrijdeuren geplaatst, onder een fronton. In het muurwerk tussen de deuren bevindt zich een dubbele boognis met een deelzuiltje, daaronder een rechthoekige nis met de inscriptie "H.J.B.R.U. 1868". Links van de deuren is de gevel geleed door stalramen en boogvensters, rechts door een boogvenster met vierruits kozijn. In de oostgevel is een deur met boven- en zijlicht aangebracht en een dakkapel met dubbel luik. Achter deze gevel bevinden zich de paardenboxen. Het bedrijfsgedeelte aan de achterzijde van het gebouw heeft in de korte gevels (O en W) inrijdeuren. De achtergevel (Z) is geleed door staldeuren van divers formaat en stalvensters.
In het koetshuis zijn onder meer de oorspronkelijke paardenboxen van gietijzer en hout nog aanwezig.

Introduction
COACH HOUSE with BUSINESS SECTION, insofar as located in the municipality of Denekamp, belonging to the country estate Singraven, situated south of Huis Singraven. The coach house was remodelled in 1868 on commission of Hendrik Jan Bernhard Roessingh-Udink. The coach house still contains remains of earlier building phases. In 1957 a section of the coach house on the west side was converted into a dwelling. This dwelling section is of subordinate importance for the purposes of protection. In 1986 the stables were renovated.
Description
The elongated, single-storey building consists of two aisles (coach house on the north side and business section on the south side) under two truncated hipped roofs, covered with pantiles. The roof slope of the business section continues at the rear (S). All facades are lime-rendered and provided with cornices, except the south facade. In the front facade of the coach house (N) two double carriage entrances are placed centrally, under a pediment. In the masonry between the doors is a double arched niche with a half-column, below it a rectangular niche with the inscription "H.J.B.R.U. 1868". To the left of the doors the facade is articulated by stable windows and arched windows, to the right by an arched window with a four-light cross window. In the east facade a door with fanlight and sidelight is installed and a roof dormer with double shutter. Behind this facade are located the horse boxes. The business section at the rear of the building has carriage entrances in the short facades (E and W). The rear facade (S) is articulated by stable doors of various sizes and stable windows.
In the coach house, among other things, the original cast-iron and wooden horse boxes are still present.
