Inleiding
Hofje, rond 1895 gebouwd in traditionele architectuur. Het toegangshek aan de Hobeinstraat komt niet voor bescherming in aanmerking.
Omschrijving
Hofje op U-vormige plattegrond, één bouwlaag en een kap hoog.
Opgetrokken uit rode baksteen, gepleisterde plint.
Aan de straatzijde siermetselwerk in het fries en gepleisterde hoekblokken en sluitstenen boven de gevelopeningen.
De langsgevel aan de Hobeinstraat bevat drie identieke houten deuren met bovenlicht en zeven H-vensters. Links van het midden de getoogde doorgang naar het binnenterrein. Rechts afgeschuinde hoek met blindnis. Aansluitende noordwestelijke gevel is een muur, voorzien van diverse deuren/poortjes naar achterplaatsjes en enkele vensters.
Het rechthoekige binnenterrein is voorzien van één bouwlaag en kap hoge, aaneengesloten bebouwing. Lijstgevels, voornamelijk voorzien van 2x3 ruits houten schuiframen, gedeelde houten deuren en twee stel dubbele houten deuren met glasruiten met roedeverdeling. Nummer 15 is een voormalige werkplaats. Achter op het binnenterrein voormalige toiletten.
Het hofje is voorzien van schilddaken en zadeldaken gedekt met rode hollandse pannen.
In het interieur zijn geen beschermenswaardige elementen aangetroffen.

The side elevation on the Hobeinstraat contains three identical wooden doors with fanlight and seven H-windows. To the left of centre the arched passage to the inner courtyard. To the right bevelled corner with blind wall. Adjoining north-western elevation is a wall, provided with various doors/gatelets to back courtyards and several windows.
The rectangular inner courtyard is provided with one storey and roof height, adjoining structures. Cornice-topped facades, principally provided with 2x3 pane wooden sash windows, divided wooden doors and two sets double wooden doors with glass panes with glazing bars. Number 15 is a former workshop. To the rear of the inner courtyard former toilets.
The court is provided with hipped roofs and gabled roofs covered with red Dutch tiles.
