Tweezijdig aangebouwd pand, in de kern 17de of 18de eeuws doch voorzienvan een laat 19de-eeuwse gevel in overgangsarchitectuur met een winkelpui in een mengeling van eclectische en Jugendstil vormen.
Omschrijving
Winkelpand bestaande uit een begane grond, een verdieping en een kaplaag.
De kaplaag is in de voorgevel als tweede verdieping vorm gegeven.
De voorgevel is opgetrokken uit rood-bruine machinale baksteen in kruisverband en verlevendigd met aanzet- en sluitstenen en gepleisterde banden.
De gevel wordt afgesloten door een weggetimmerde gootlijst op gebeeldhouwde consoles waartussen ruitvormige friesdecoraties zijn aangebracht. De verdiepingen zijn voorzien van schuiframen met eenvoudige roedeverdelingen. De pui op de begane grond bezit in Jugendstil-trant gesneden pilasters en wordt afgesloten door een puibalk tussen natuurstenen eindstukken in Jugendstil-trant vormgeving. Het rechter deel van de pui op de begane grond bevat de oorspronkelijke toegang van de bovenwoning en is uitgevoerd als rijke paneeldeur met bovenlicht. Het linker deel bevat de winkelpui, bestaande uit etalageruiten met bovenramen op een geprofileerde plint aan weerszijden van de teruggeplaatste entreewinkelruit. Zowel houtwerk als het glas-in-lood van de bovenlichten bezit een Jugendstil vormgeving.
De achtergevel wordt gevormd door een eenvoudige, gepleisterde topgevel welke mogelijk uit de 17de eeuw dateert. Op de verdieping is de gevel voorzien van T-type schuiframen t.p.v. de achterkamer. In de top, ter hoogte van zolder resp. vliering twee boven elkaar geplaatste schuiframen.
Het dak bestaat uit een, aan de voorzijde afgewolfd zadeldak met de nok loodrecht op de straat, gedekt met rode pannen.
Het interieur van de begane grond is geheel gemoderniseerd en bezit geenhistorische waarden in het zicht. De eerste verdieping bezit nog grotendeels de indeling en afwerking uit het einde van de 19de eeuw en is mogelijk gelijktijdig met de verbouwing van de voorgevel aangebracht.
Naast een gang met voorkamertje bevinden zich een voor- en achterkamer met alkoof, voorzien van schuifdeurafsluitingen. De stucwerk plafonds in alle ruimten met uitzondering van de keuken zijn uitgevoerd met een sobere randlijst en een middenmotief, in de hoofdkamers tevens met hoekmedaillons met kopjes. 19de eeuwse deuromlijstingen. Onder de vensters van de achtergevel bevinden zich houten lambrizeringen.
De kaplaag bezit 4 stuks grenen, driedelige spanten met gebeitelde telmerken, het geheel is waarschijnlijk 17de eeuws.

The facade is closed off by a fitted cornice on carved consoles between which diamond-shaped frieze decorations are mounted. The storeys are provided with sash windows with simple glazing bars. The shop front on the ground floor has pilasters cut in Jugendstil style and is closed off by a shop frame beam between natural stone end pieces in Jugendstil style design. The right part of the shop front on the ground floor contains the original entrance to the upper dwelling and is executed as a richly paneled door with fanlight. The left part contains the shop front, consisting of display panes with upper windows on a molded plinth on either side of the repositioned entrance shop pane. Both the woodwork and the leaded glass of the fanlights possess Jugendstil design.
