Inleiding
Voormalige winkel met werkplaats, in twee fasen ontstaan na de verbouwing van twee woonhuizen. De verbouwing was een ontwerp in Expressionistische stijl van architect Dijkstra. In 1923 is het linker deel tot radiowinkel met werkplaats verbouwd, gevolgd door het rechter deel als uitbreiding in 1927.
Omschrijving
Tweezijdig aangebouwd winkelpand met werkplaats, bestaande uit een begane grond en een visueel ondergeschikte verdieping. De voorgevel is opgetrokken uit rode baksteen in Vlaams verband met expressieve decoraties in het metselwerk. De gevel wordt door halfronde, uitgemetselde bekroningen in drie ongelijke delen verdeeld. Tussen deze bekroningen bevindt zich een attiek-achtige element voorzien van een reeks kleine vensters.
De linker travee bevat een houten, iets uitgebouwde drievlaks etalagekozijn met driehoekige afsluiting (de oorspronkelijke horizontale roedeverdeling in het bovendeel is verwijderd). De driehoekvorm wordt bekroond door een halfrond uitgemetselde decoratie waarboven een vlaggenstokhouder.
De centrale entreepartij met iets taps toelopend bovenlicht is bij de renovatie verbouwd. Boven deze entree een 6-hoekig raamkozijn. In de rechter travee een sober raamkozijn en een entreedeur met bovenlicht, geaccentueerd door verticaal metselwerk in de plint en een band op halve hoogte van de gevel. Op de verdieping een gemetseld blind veld met een halfronde, uitgemetselde decoratie waarboven een vlaggenstokhouder is aangebracht. Het pand is voorzien van een plat dak.

The left bay contains a wooden, slightly projecting three-panel display window with triangular termination (the original horizontal glazing bars in the upper section have been removed). The triangular form is crowned by a half-round raised brick decoration with a flagpole holder above it.
The central entrance area with slightly tapering fanlight was remodeled during renovation. Above this entrance a hexagonal window frame. In the right bay a modest window frame and an entrance door with fanlight, accentuated by vertical brickwork in the plinth and a band at half the height of the facade.
