Inleiding
Voormalige schoenfabriek annex winkelwoning, in 1897 als hoekpand gebouwd.
Het winkel-woninggedeelte op de hoek is uitgevoerd in eclectische bouwstijl; het stylistisch daarvan afwijkende, aangebouwde "fabrieks"gedeelte in de Kerkstraat is geheel vernieuwd en valt, evenals het in de gevelnis geplaatste beeld, buiten de bescherming.
Omschrijving
Winkelpand bestaande uit een begane grond, een verdieping en een kaplaag.
De voorgevel is als trapgevel met hoekerker uitgevoerd en naar het Bellamypark gericht. De zijgevel is als eenvoudige langsgevel van twee lagen hoog uitgevoerd. De gevels zijn opgetrokken uit rode machinale baksteen in kruisverband en verlevendigd met raam- en deuromlijstingen van profielsteen, gepleisterde gevelbanden, aanzet- en sluitstenen in devensterbogen en tableau's. In de geveltop twee tableau's met jaartal. Aan de Kerkstraat bevindt zich een blind raam op de verdieping.
De raamkozijnen zijn voorzien van gerenoveerde H-type ramen. Boven dehoekentree bevindt zich een overhoeks geplaatste erker op een gemetseldeuitkraging. Boven de erker een beeldnisje, het daarin geplaatste beeldjeis recenter.
Aan weerszijden van de hoekentree bevinden zich etalageruiten onder geklonken stalen lateibalken. Hierboven bevindt zich in de zijgevel eentableau met opschrift "SCHOENFABRIEK". Boven de lateibalk in de voorgevel een tableau met decoraties. Rechts in de voorgevel een gevelopening waar zich oorspronkelijk de entree tot de bovenwoning bevond. Achter de trapgevel een zadeldak, gedekt met rode hollandse pannen.
Het interieur bevat geen beschermenswaardige elementen.

Shop building consisting of a ground floor, one storey and a roof space.
The front facade is executed as a stepped gable with corner bay and faces Bellamypark. The side facade is executed as a simple long facade two storeys high. The facades are constructed of red machine-made brickwork in English bond and enlivened with window and door surrounds of ashlar, rendered facade bands, setting-out and closing stones in the window arches and tableaus. In the gable top two tableaus with date. On Kerkstraat is a blind window on the first floor.
The window frames are provided with renovated H-type windows. Above the corner entrance is a bay window placed diagonally on a brick-laid projection. Above the bay window a niche for an image, the figure placed therein is more recent.
On either side of the corner entrance are display windows under riveted steel lintels. Above this is in the side facade a tableau with the inscription "SCHOENFABRIEK". Above the lintel in the front facade a tableau with decoration. To the right in the front facade an opening where originally the entrance to the upper dwelling was located. Behind the stepped gable a saddle roof, covered with red Dutch tiles.
