Inleiding
Oorspronkelijke kapiteinswoning uit ca. 1850, gebouwd in directe relatie met het scheepvaartverleden. Oorspronkelijke tuinaanleg, deels gewijzigde kozijnen.
Omschrijving
Woning opgetrokken in baksteen vanaf een rechthoekige plattegrond over één bouwlaag onder met pannen gedekt zadel-/schilddak.
In de voorgevel drie zesruits schuifvensters en rechts van het midden de entree; een paneeldeur met bovenlicht. In de geveltop met vlechtwerk twee vierruits vensters. In de top, op de nok, de schoorsteen met uitgemetselde rand.
De linkergevel heeft een aanbouw onder een plat dak met zesruits (schuif-)vensters en een éénruits venster. Rechts van de aanbouw een vierruits glasdeur en een zesruits schuifvnsters. In het dakschild velux vensters.
In de rechtergevel drie zesruits schuifvensters (twee dichter bij elkaar), een glasdeur met bovenlicht en een vierruits venster. In het dakschild velux vensters.
In de achtergevel twee zesruits schuifvensters en een dubbele serredeur met segmentboogvormig bovenlicht.
Interieur
Het interieur heeft nog de oorspronkelijke indeling met enkele originele architectonische details.
