Inleiding
ISRAELITISCHE BEGRAAFPLAATS, gesticht in 1840. Het driehoekige, door een haag omgeven terrein (ca 400 m2) ligt direct aan een van de toegangswegen naar Den Ham en wordt daarvan gescheiden door de haag. Op de begraafplaats staan vijf grafstenen en hoge bomen. Het hek, centraal in de brede westzijde, geeft toegang tot een pad.
Omschrijving
BEGRAAFPLAATS op een driehoekig terrein met hoge eikebomen en geheel omgeven door een beukenhaag. Smeedijzeren toegangshek met daarachter een hol pad. Er bevinden zich vijf grafstenen op de begraafplaats waarvan er één uitsluitend een Nederlands opschrift heeft terwijl de andere van zowel Nederlandse als Hebreeuwse teksten zijn voorzien. De oudste grafsteendateert uit 1868.

Begraafplaats van algemeen cultuurhistorisch en stedebouwkundig belang:

On the cemetery stand five gravestones and tall trees. The gate, centrally placed in the wide west side, gives access to a path.

There are five gravestones on the cemetery, of which one has exclusively a Dutch inscription while the others are provided with both Dutch and Hebrew texts. The oldest gravestone dates from 1868.
