Omschrijving
KOETSHUIS
Voormalig koetshuis, nu verbouwd tot dubbele woning. Pand op rechthoekige plattegrond, gepleisterde gevels met sobere versiering ( frieslijst, vensteromlijsting), door penanten geleed. Eén bouwlaag onder met pannen gedekt schilddak. Eenvoudige goot op klossen. De raam- en deuropeningen hebben een gebogen strek, schuifvensters en zijn voorzien van luiken. Het interieur is gewijzigd. Het koetshuis is van algemeen belang vanwege de architectuur-historische waarde als een gaaf bewaard gebleven koetshuis (exterieur) bij een landhuis uit de 18e eeuw. Het pand heeft, mede in relatie tot de oranjerie een hoge waarde voor het ensemble van Huis Java.

Description
COACH HOUSE
Former coach house, now converted into a double dwelling. Building on rectangular ground plan, plastered facades with sober decoration (frieze, window frame), articulated by pilaster strips. One storey under a hipped roof covered with tiles. Simple gutter on corbels. The window and door openings have a curved lintel, sash windows and are provided with shutters. The interior has been altered. The coach house is of general importance because of its architectural-historical value as a well-preserved coach house (exterior) belonging to a country house from the 18th century. The building has, also in relation to the orangery, high value for the ensemble of Huis Java.
