Woning, gebouwd in 1915, één bouwlaag hoog met T-vormig zadeldak, op T-vormige plattegrond. Opgetrokken uit roodbruine baksteen, bruine bakstenen plint; alle vensters op begane grond voorzien van luiken met zandlopermotief. Alle topgevels in top voorzien van houten beschot en makelaar. Voorgevel bezit links een vooruitspringende topgevel en rechts een langsgeveldeel. In de topgevel op de begane grond twee 2x3 ruits schuiframen en op verdieping houten schuifvenster met vaste middenstijl. Langsgeveldeel drie traveeën breed met links houten voordeur met bovenlicht en twee houten 2x3 ruits schuiframen; boogtrommels met geel-zwarte mozaieken; muurankers. Gedenksteen naast voordeur: "Jhr. H.L. Boogaert 21-4-1915". Rechter topgevel eveneens voorzien van een schuifvenster op begane grond en verdieping.
Achtergevel bezit links langsgeveldeel en rechts vooruitspringende topgevel. Langsgeveldeel met links houten schuifraam en rechts gedeeltelijk dichtgemetselde gevelopeningen en nieuwe vensters. Vooruitspringende topgevel, in zijkant voorzien van achterdeur; voorzijde met op begane grond en verdieping een schuifraam.
Linker zijgevel (langsgevel) met twee houten schuiframen met vaste middenstijl.
Zadeldaken gedekt met rode tuile du nord pannen; eenvoudige goot op geprofileerde klossen; overhangende daklijst.
In het interieur zijn geen monumentale waarden aanwezig.

Dwelling, built in 1915, one storey high with T-shaped gabled roof, on T-shaped plan. Constructed of reddish-brown brick, brown brick plinth; all windows at ground level provided with shutters with hourglass motif. All gable tops at the top provided with wooden cladding and makelaar. Front facade possesses on the left a projecting gable and on the right a long side section. In the gable at ground level two 2x3 pane sash windows and on upper floor wooden sash window with fixed centre stile. Long side section three bays wide with on the left wooden front door with fanlight and two wooden 2x3 pane sash windows; arch trommels with yellow-black mosaics; wall anchors. Commemorative stone next to front door: "Jhr. H.L. Boogaert 21-4-1915". Right gable likewise provided with a sash window at ground level and upper floor.
Rear facade possesses on the left long side section and on the right projecting gable. Long side section with on the left wooden sash window and on the right partially bricked-up facade openings and new windows. Projecting gable, in side provided with rear door; front side with at ground level and upper floor a sash window.
Left side facade (long side) with two wooden sash windows with fixed centre stile.
Gabled roofs covered with red tuile du nord pantiles; simple gutter on moulded corbels; overhanging roof moulding.
