Omschrijving
Boerderijwoning, volgens gedenksteen in 1910 gebouwd. Uitgevoerd in streek-eigen bouwtrant. Eén bouwlaag hoog pand met zadeldak; rechthoekige plattegrond; opgetrokken in roodbruine baksteen.
Symmetrische voorgevel (lijstgevel) met centrale ingangspartij met vernieuwde houten voordeur, bovenlicht en classicistische omlijsting; natuurstenen stoep. Aan weerszijden van de voordeur twee houten schuiframen. Rechts van voordeur gedenksteen met opschrift: "de eerste steen gelegd door S. Bosselaar 10 mei 1910". Geprofileerde gootlijst. Dakkapel gewijzigd en vergroot.
Rechter topgevel met twee smalle, hoge schuiframen, geheel rechts nieuw venster en in top schuifraam; muurankers.
Achtergevel (langsgevel) met centrale ingangspartij met vernieuwde houten deur, bovenlicht en originele classicistische omlijsting; overigens gewijzigde raamindeling en rechts origineel houten venster (schuifraam vervangen door klapraam boven). Eenvoudige goot; dakkapel vergroot.
Zadeldak aan voorzijde gedekt met gesmoorde kruispannen en aan achterzijde met gesmoorde holle pannen.
In het interieur is grotendeels de originele indeling aanwezig. Voorts onder meer "pronkkamer" links van voordeur met lambrizering van bruin-witte tegels, kastenwand met onder andere bedsteden; schouw van geschilderd hout. Andere voorkamer ook kastenwand met bedsteden.

Farm dwelling, according to a commemorative stone built in 1910. Executed in regional building tradition. One storey high building with gabled roof; rectangular plan; constructed in reddish-brown brick.
Symmetrical front facade (cornice-topped facade) with central entrance section with renewed wooden front door, fanlight and classicistic surround; natural stone step. On either side of the front door two wooden sash windows. To the right of front door a commemorative stone with inscription: "the foundation stone laid by S. Bosselaar 10 May 1910". Moulded guttering. Roof dormer altered and enlarged.
Right gable with two narrow, tall sash windows, far right new window and at the top a sash window; wall anchors.
Rear facade (long side) with central entrance section with renewed wooden door, fanlight and original classicistic surround; otherwise altered window arrangement and on the right original wooden window (sash window replaced by top-hung window). Simple gutter; roof dormer enlarged.
Gabled roof on the front side covered with crossed pantiles and on the rear side with half-round pantiles.
In the interior the original layout is largely present. Furthermore, among others a "parlour" to the left of the front door with wainscoting of brown-white tiles, cabinet wall with amongst other things box beds; fireplace of painted wood. Other front room also cabinet wall with box beds.
