Omschrijving
Voormalig gymnastiekgebouw, tegenwoordig minitheater, op rechthoekige plattegrond; één verdieping hoog met zadeldak gedekt met gesmoorde hollandse pannen.
Oostelijke en westelijke blindgevel met rond venster met stalen roedeverdeling in top.
Zuidelijke langsgevel is zes traveeën breed, voorzien van lisenen; twee traveeën met houten schuiframen met 3x5 ruits roedeverdeling. Eenvoudige gootlijst op houten klosjes.
Noordgevel zelfde hoofdindeling als zuidgevel, maar met één blindnis en vijf venstertraveeën.
Waardering
Gymnastiekgebouw, van typologische waarde en van waarde als functioneel onderdeel van het complex.

Former gymnasium building, now mini-theatre, on a rectangular plan; one storey high with gabled roof covered with smoked Dutch tiles.
Eastern and western blind gable with round window with steel glazing bars at top.
Southern long side is six bays wide, provided with pilaster strips; two bays with wooden sash windows with 3x5 pane glazing bars. Simple cornice line on wooden corbels.
Northern gable same main arrangement as southern gable, but with one blind opening and five window bays.
Valuation
Gymnasium building, of typological value and of value as a functional component of the complex.
