Omschrijving
PORTIERSWONING (ook Hekhuis genaamd). Naast het toegangshek aan de Rijksweg een woning in Zaanse stijl uit 1920. Het witgepleisterde pand met donkere plint is gebouwd op T-vormige grondslag bestaande uit één bouwlaag onder een met rode Oud-Hollandse pannen gedekt zadeldak. In de lange gevelzijde aan Rijksweg twee houten meerruits kruisvensters met halve luiken waarboven een houten geveltop in Zaanse stijl met een meerruitsvenster. In de overige zijgevels verschillende typen vensters, op de begane grond deels met halve luiken. In de zuidgevel de toegangs(paneel)deur met een ovaalvormig bovenlicht gevat in een rijk bewerkte omlijsting.

Description
GATEKEEPER'S DWELLING (also called Gate Lodge). Beside the entrance gate on the Rijksweg a dwelling in Zaanse style from 1920. The whitewashed building with dark plinth is built on a T-shaped ground plan consisting of one storey under a gabled roof covered with red Old Dutch tiles. In the long facade side on the Rijksweg two wooden multi-paned cross windows with half shutters above which a wooden gable top in Zaanse style with a multi-paned window. In the remaining side facades various types of windows, on the ground floor partly with half shutters. In the south facade the entrance (panel) door with an oval-shaped fanlight set in a richly worked surround.
