Omschrijving
KOETSHUIS. Ten noorden van de Laan van Gunterstein gebouwd koetshuis uit 1765. Op rechthoekige plattegrond opgetrokken van rode baksteen onder een met Oud-Hollandse pannen gedekt zadeldak. De linker kopgevel heeft een grijze- en de rechter kopgevel een witte pleisterlaag. In de zuidgevel drie dubbele houten getoogde inrijdeuren onder een halfrond bovenlicht met brede middenstijl. De gevel is in de negentiende eeuw naar achteren toe verlengd voor een woonhuisgedeelte bestaande uit zes traveeën waarin opgenomen een toegangsdeur met drieruits bovenlicht en meerruits schuifvensters, op de begane grond met luiken. In de linker kopgevel een opgeklampte deur met zesruits bovenlicht waarboven een dubbel houten hooiluik met een hijsbalk.

Description
COACH HOUSE. Built north of the Laan van Gunterstein coach house from 1765. Constructed on a rectangular ground plan of red brick under a gabled roof covered with Old Dutch tiles. The left end gable has a grey and the right end gable a white plaster layer. In the south facade three double wooden arched carriage doors beneath a half-round fanlight with broad central mullion. The facade was extended to the rear in the nineteenth century for a residential section consisting of six bays incorporating an entrance door with three-pane fanlight and multi-pane sash windows, on the ground floor with shutters. In the left end gable a clamped door with six-pane fanlight above which is a double wooden hay loft door with a hoist beam.
