Omschrijving
BOERDERIJ VAN HET DWARSHUISTYPE opgetrokken in machinale baksteen. Het wolfdak van het woonhuisgedeelte is gedekt met Hollandse pannen. Het bedrijfsgedeelte recht achter het woonhuis heeft een afgewolfde rieten kap met uilebord en makelaar. Het haaks geplaatste deel heeft een deels met riet, deels met pannen gedekt schilddak.
In het midden van de voorgevel van het woongedeelte (W) een glasdeur met tweeruits bovenlicht tussen twee vierruits draairamen met tweeruits bovenlicht. Onder de goot een houten kroonlijst. De ingezwenkte zijgevels zijn over twee verdiepingen opgemetseld onder een kroonlijst. De linker zijgevel (N) heeft rechts een venster als in de voorgevel boven een souterrainvenster. Links een vierruits venster. Op de verdieping twee vierruits schuifvensters. De rechter zijgevel is het spiegelbeeld van de linker. Het vierruits venster op de begane grond is hier echter een kruisvenster, de souterrainvensters ontbreken.
De zijgevels van het stalgedeelte recht achter het woongedeelte zijn deels opnieuw opgemetseld en deels opnieuw met riet gedekt. Pal achter het woonhuis is een deel met pannen gedekt. In de noordelijke zijgevel halfronde ijzeren stalvensters, in de rechter gevel (Z) staldeuren en vensters. De hoofdgevel van dit bedrijfsgedeelte is opnieuw opgemetseld, ook de baander/staldeur partij is van recente datum.
Van het haaks geplaatste bedrijfsgedeelte zijn de zijgevel aan de woonhuiszijde (W) en de kopgevel opnieuw opgemetseld. Verder bestaat dit bedrijfsgedeelte uit hout.
De boerderij is van een bijzonder type. Het betreft een zogenaamde verhuisboerderij, waarvan de gebinten als een bouwpakket uit elkaar te halen zijn, waardoor de boerderij te verplaatsen is.

FARMHOUSE OF THE TRANSVERSE HOUSE TYPE constructed in machine-made brick. The half-hipped roof of the residential section is covered with Dutch tiles. The business section directly behind the farmhouse has a half-hipped thatched roof with roof gutter board and roof ridge ornament. The perpendicularly placed section has a half-hipped roof partly covered with thatch, partly with tiles.
In the centre of the front facade of the residential section (W) a glass door with two-pane fanlight between two four-pane casement windows with two-pane fanlight. Under the eaves a wooden cornice. The recessed side gables are constructed over two storeys under a cornice. The left side gable (N) has on the right a window as in the front facade above a basement window. On the left a four-pane window. On the upper storey two four-pane sash windows. The right side gable is the mirror image of the left. The four-pane window on the ground floor is here a cross window, the basement windows are absent.
The side gables of the stable section directly behind the residential section have been partly newly bricked and partly newly thatched. Directly behind the farmhouse a section is covered with tiles. In the northern side gable semicircular iron stable windows, in the right gable (S) stable doors and windows. The main gable of this business section has been newly bricked, and the barn/stable door section is also of recent date.
Of the perpendicularly placed business section the side gable at the farmhouse side (W) and the end gable have been newly bricked. Otherwise this business section consists of wood.
The farmhouse is of a particularly distinctive type. It is a so-called moveable farmhouse, whose timbers can be dismantled as a building kit, allowing the farmhouse to be relocated.
