Inleiding
Voormalige PASTORIE, thans woonhuis, gesitueerd aan de westzijde van de straat, volgens gevelsteen (achtergevel) gebouwd in 1881. De in eclectische trant gebouwde pastorie behoorde in oorsprong bij de aangrenzende doopsgezinde vermaning, die in 1899 door de huidige vermaning werd vervangen.
Omschrijving
Op rechthoekig grondplan gebouwde (voormalige) pastorie, bestaande uit één bouwlaag onder afgeplat schilddak met zwarte platte Friese pan op de vier dakschilden en in oorsprong met een vierkante schoorsteen op elk van de vier nokpunten. Het muurwerk is opgetrokken in rode baksteen boven een gepleisterde plint en wordt afgesloten door een hoofdgestel.
De symmetrisch ingedeelde voorgevel (O) telt vijf vensterassen. De hogere middenpartij bevat een opgemetselde dakkapel en wordt geflankeerd door vijfzijdige, gepleisterde hoekpilasters waartussen een portiek met ingangspartij, bestaande uit hardstenen stoep, dubbele paneeldeur met bovenlicht. Boven de portiek bevindt zich een balkon met houten balustrade. Het balkon wordt vanaf de verdieping bereikt via een dubbele deur met glaspanelen. De geveltop van de middenpartij is een puntgevel met flauwe helling en een gepleisterd rondboogfries. De flankerende gevelvlakken hebben elk een gepleisterde liseen met schijnvoegen op de buitenhoek, twee schuifvensters met T-profiel en een gepleisterde waterlijst die de onderdorpels van de vensters verbindt. De muuropeningen ten behoeve van vensters, deuren en portiek hebben alle gepleisterde omlijstingen met gebogen bovenhoeken.
De rechterzijgevel (Z) heeft twee schuifvensters die in vorm en detaillering gelijk zijn aan de schuifvensters in de voorgevel. Nabij de achtergevel is het oorspronkelijke beeld gewijzigd.
De linkerzijgevel (N) heeft een T-vormig draaivenster waaronder zich een getoogd keldervenster bevindt.
De achtergevel (W) telt evenals de voorgevel vijf vensterassen. De centrale as bevindt zich in een risalerende middenpartij met op de parterre een paneeldeur met bovenlicht en op de verdieping een getoogd vierruits venster. De middenpartij doorsnijdt het hoofdgestel. De architraaf is echter over de middenpartij doorgetrokken.
Links van de middenpartij bevinden zich twee T-vormige draairamen met getoogde bovenzijde. Het oorspronkelijke beeld is rechts van de middenpartij gewijzigd.

Former parsonage built on a rectangular ground plan, consisting of one storey under a hipped roof with black flat Frisian tiles on the four roof slopes and originally with a square chimney on each of the four ridge points. The brickwork is built up in red brick above a plastered plinth and is finished with a main cornice.
The symmetrically arranged front facade (E) has five window bays. The higher central section contains a built-up roof dormer and is flanked by five-sided, plastered corner pilasters between which is a portico with entrance arrangement, consisting of a stone step, double panelled door with fanlight. Above the portico is a balcony with wooden balustrade. The balcony is reached from the upper floor via a double door with glass panels. The gable top of the central section is a pointed gable with gentle slope and a plastered round-arch frieze. The flanking facade planes each have a plastered lisene with incised mortar joints on the outer corner, two sash windows with T-profile and a plastered drip moulding connecting the window sills. All wall openings for windows, doors and portico have plastered surrounds with curved upper corners.
The right side facade (S) has two sash windows which are identical in form and detailing to the sash windows in the front facade. Near the rear facade the original appearance has been altered.
The left side facade (N) has a T-shaped casement window below which is a arched basement window.
The rear facade (W), like the front facade, has five window bays. The central axis is located in a projecting central section with on the ground floor a panelled door with fanlight and on the upper floor an arched four-pane window. The central section intersects the main cornice. However, the architrave continues across the central section.
To the left of the central section are two T-shaped casement windows with arched tops. The original appearance to the right of the central section has been altered.
Valuation
