Omschrijving
DIENSTWONING 'SCHAPENLAANHUISJE'. Ten oosten van de aanleg buiten de singel gelegen woning van één bouwlaag met een losstaande schuur, beide gebouwd in neorenaissance stijl naar ontwerp van G.Ribbius Peletier jr. (1910). Gebouwd op rechthoekige grondslag opgetrokken uit baksteen met zandstenen banden onder een met rode Friese pannen gedekt zadeldak. Kenmerkend zijn de trapgevels, de spekbanden en de kruisvensters met halve luiken. Moderne glazen verbinding tussen het woonhuis en de schuur, die voor de bescherming van ondergeschikte betekenis is.

Description
SERVICE COTTAGE 'SCHAPENLAANHUISJE'. East of the development outside the boundary ditch lies a single-storey cottage with a detached shed, both built in neorenaissence style to a design by G. Ribbius Peletier jr. (1910). Built on a rectangular ground plan erected in brick with sandstone bands under a gabled roof covered with red Frisian tiles. Characteristic are the stepped gables, the speckled bands and the cross windows with half shutters. Modern glass connection between the house and the shed, which is of minor importance for the preservation.
