Omschrijving
TOEGANGSHEK. Aan het begin van de hoofdoprijlaan gesitueerd toegangshek bestaande uit vier achttiende-eeuwse bakstenen pijlers op hardstenen basementen en dekplaten en bekroond door zandstenen siervazen in Lodewijk XIV-stijl. De pijlers zijn met elkaar verbonden middels smeedijzeren sierhekken. Bij de restauratie in 1952 zijn de middelste pijlers verder uit elkaar geplaatst om de doorgang te vergroten.

Description
ENTRANCE GATE. Situated at the beginning of the main drive, an entrance gate consisting of four eighteenth-century brick piers on hard stone bases and coping stones and crowned by sandstone ornamental vases in Louis XIV style. The piers are connected to each other by means of wrought iron ornamental railings. During the restoration in 1952 the middle piers were moved further apart to enlarge the passage.
