Verdiepingloos woonhuis op rechthoekige plattegrond in ambachtelijk-traditionele bouwtrant uit ca. 1895.
Omschrijving
De woning is opgetrokken uit rode baksteen op een gepleisterde plint.
De voorgevel (noord) is een symmetrische lijstgevel met siermetselwerk in het fries, een houten kroonlijst, 2x3 ruits getoogde houten vensters met houten persiennes en een houten paneeldeur met houtsnijwerk. Vrijwel alle vensters van het woonhuis zijn van hout en voorzien van roedeverdeling.
In de oostelijke kopgevel een getoogd, smal, hoog raam met een houten luik op de begane grond en in de top een getoogd venster en en een klein, getoogd venster.
De westelijke kopgevel is op de begane grond voorzien van twee getoogde, smalle, hoge vensters met houten luiken en een klein venster en op de verdieping van een getoogd venster en een klein eveneens getoogd venster.
De zuidelijke langsgevel is symmetrisch met een eenvoudige bakgoot en aan weerszijden van de houten deur een getoogd venster met houten luiken.

The dwelling is constructed of red brick on a rendered plinth.
The front facade (north) is a symmetrical cornice-topped facade with decorative brickwork in the frieze, a wooden cornice, 2x3 pane arched wooden windows with wooden blinds and a wooden panel door with wood carving. Almost all windows of the residential house are wooden and provided with glazing bars.
In the eastern end gable an arched, narrow, tall window with a wooden shutter on the ground floor and in the top an arched window and a small arched window.
The western end gable is provided on the ground floor with two arched, narrow, tall windows with wooden shutters and a small window and on the first floor with an arched window and a small likewise arched window.
The southern long facade is symmetrical with a simple gutter and on either side of the wooden door an arched window with wooden shutters.
