Inleiding
Koetshuis rond 1883 gebouwd in traditionalistische architectuur met kort daarna aan de noordzijde aangebouwde koetsierswoning. Aan de zuidzijde is in 1956 een woning aangebouwd, die niet voor bescherming in aanmerking komt.
Omschrijving
Koetshuis en woning op rechthoekige plattegrond, één bouwlaag hoog met zadeldaken. Kap van de schuur hoger opgaand. Opgetrokken in helder rode baksteen; geroete baksteen in fries, venster- en deurbogen, vensterdorpels en op gevelhoeken.
De topgevel aan de straat is de voorgevel van de woning die vier traveeën breed is en voorzien van 2x3 ruits getoogde schuiframen (eerste travee van links was oorspronkelijk de ingang). In de top eveneens getoogd venster. Overhangende daklijst met uitgezaagde windveer. Rechter zijgevel (west) met links langsgevel van woning waarbij het dak lager is dan het aangrenzende koetshuis. Langsgevel van het koetshuis met zadeldak tussen topgevels (tegen de zuidelijke topgevel nieuwe woning). Op de begane grond een dubbele, getoogde houten deur met aan weerszijden een getoogd venster met middenstijl.
Waterpomp rechts onder het rechter venster. Siermetselwerk fries en houten gootlijst.
Boven de ingang een door de gootlijst opgaande topgevel met goederenluik en rolbalk. Deze topgevel is voorzien van een uitgezaagde windveer. De zadeldaken zijn gedekt met gesmoorde hollandse pannen.
Waardering
Koetshuis met woning, van cultuurhistorische waarde en van belang vanwege ensemblewaarde.

Coach house and dwelling on a rectangular plan, one storey high with gabled roofs. Roof of the barn rising higher. Built of bright red brick; blackened brick in frieze, window and door arches, window sills and on facade corners.
The gabled end facing the street is the front facade of the dwelling which is four bays wide and provided with 2x3 pane arched sash windows (the first bay from the left was originally the entrance). In the top likewise an arched window. Overhanging roof eaves with sawn wind vane. Right side facade (west) with on the left the longitudinal facade of the dwelling where the roof is lower than the adjoining coach house. Longitudinal facade of the coach house with gabled roof between gabled ends (against the southern gabled end new dwelling). On the ground floor a double, arched wooden door with on either side an arched window with centre post.
Water pump on the right below the right window. Ornamental brickwork frieze and wooden gutter line.
