Omschrijving
Woonhuis met langsgevel, op vrijwel rechthoekige plattegrond, één bouwlaag hoog met zadeldak. In 1908 gebouwd in traditionele stijl. Opgetrokken in roodbruine baksteen; rondom banden en dorpelstenen van roodbruine geglazuurde profielsteen. Voorgevel (lijstgevel) vijf traveeën breed met rijk gedetailleerde houten voordeur in middelste travee; aan weerszijden twee houten T-vensters met strakke luiken. Alle gevelopeningen voorzien van vensterboog in geglazuurde steen en boogtrommel met blauw-witte tegelvulling. In de zijgevels (topgevels) diverse houten schuiframen op begane grond en verdieping; aan zuidoostelijke topgevel een recenter, klein, één bouwlaag hoog, bakstenen aanbouwtje met zadeldakje met overstek, gedekt met rode tuile du nord, voor de bescherming van ondergeschikt belang. Achtergevel met nieuw aanbouwtje.
Zadeldak gedekt met rode kruispannen; overstekken op eenvoudige klossen; houten makelaars.
Het interieur is voor de bescherming van ondergeschikte betekenis.

Description
Residential house with gable end facade, on virtually rectangular ground plan, one storey high with gabled roof. Built in 1908 in traditional style. Built up in red-brown brick; throughout bands and sill stones of red-brown glazed moulded stone. Front facade (cornice-topped facade) five bays wide with richly detailed wooden front door in the middle bay; on either side two wooden T-windows with taut shutters. All facade openings provided with window arch in glazed stone and arch ring with blue-white tile infill. In the side facades (gable ends) various wooden sash windows on ground floor and storey; at the south-easterly gable end a more recent, small, one-storey high, brick extension with gabled rooflet with overhang, covered with red Tuile du Nord, of subsidiary importance for protection. Rear facade with new extension.
Gabled roof covered with red cross-pan tiles; overhangs on simple corbels; wooden cornices.
The interior is of subsidiary significance for protection.
Valuation
To exterior unaltered residential house of architectural and cultural-historical value, and of value as a principal component of the complex.
