Inleiding
De houten SCHUUR die op de hoek van de Bovenbergweg en de Lentfersweg staat was vroeger een lös hoes. De schuur komt oorspronkelijk van de kerspel Goor en is rond 1820 opnieuw gebouwd door de grootvader van de voormalige eigenaar van de tegenoverliggende herberg 'de Kemper'.
De schuur is van voor 1850, maar van een type en vormgeving welke vooral na 1850 gebruikelijk was.
Omschrijving
De rechthoekige schuur is opgetrokken in hout en heeft aan de voorzijde inrijdeuren met een klein vierkant venster. Het zadeldak is grotendeels met riet gedekt, heeft een rieten nok en een dakruiter. Het onderste dakdeel is in het midden met rode Hollandse pannen gedekt.

Introduction
The wooden BARN which stands on the corner of the Bovenbergweg and the Lentfersweg was formerly a lös hoes. The barn originally comes from the parish of Goor and was rebuilt around 1820 by the grandfather of the former owner of the opposite inn 'de Kemper'.
The barn is from before 1850, but of a type and design which was especially common after 1850.
Description
The rectangular barn is built in wood and has carriage doors on the front with a small square window. The gabled roof is largely thatched, has a thatched ridge and a roof truss. The lower roof section is clad in the centre with red Dutch tiles.
