Omschrijving
De DWARSHUISBOERDERIJ is boven een grijsgepleisterde plint in rode baksteen opgetrokken onder een hoog zadeldak met wolfeinden, windveren en een makelaar, gedekt met rode muldenpannen (bedrijfsgedeelte) en bouletpannen (voorhuis). De vensters zijn onder strekken geplaatst en voorzien van betonnen waterdorpels en op de begane grond behangen met luiken.
In de voorgevel van het dwarshuis (O) is het middenrisaliet opgetrokken onder een geveltop met een overstekend wolfeind op korbelen. Daaronder bevinden zich op de begane grond een deur met zesruits bovenlicht en twee vensters met achtruits bovenlichten. In de geveltop twee achtruits vensters en in de gevelvlakken aan weerszijden van het risaliet twee zestienruits vensters.
In de linker zijgevel van het dwarshuis (Z) zijn ook nog twee zestienruits vensters geplaatst, waarvan één met achtruits bovenlicht. In de geveltop een roosvenster, in de geveltop van de rechter zijgevel een luik.
Het bedrijfsgedeelte is voorzien van getoogde zesruits stalvensters met gietijzeren kozijnen en betonnen waterdorpels. In de achtergevel (W) een getoogde baander en drie staldeuren onder rondbogen, met witgepleisterde aanzetstenen. De baander wordt geflankeerd door kleine zesruits rondboog vensters, het luik erboven door roosvensters.
Waardering
De dwarshuisboerderij is van cultuur-, architectuurhistorisch en stedebouwkundig belang vanwege:
- de oorspronkelijke functie van exploitatieboerderij
- de ruimtelijke en functionele samenhang met de pastorie en schuur op het erf
- het bijzondere boerderijtype
- de beeldbepalende ligging van de boerderij aan het einde van de oprijlaan met bomen

Description
The TRANSVERSE-HOUSE FARMSTEAD is constructed in red brick above a grey-plastered plinth beneath a high gabled roof with half-hipped ends, wind bracing and a ridge board, covered with red curved tiles (business section) and round tiles (front house). The windows are placed beneath lintels and provided with concrete drip mouldings and on the ground floor hung with shutters.
In the front facade of the transverse house (E) the central risalit is constructed beneath a gable top with an overhanging half-hipped end on corbels. Beneath this are on the ground floor a door with six-pane fanlight and two windows with eight-pane fanlights. In the gable top two eight-pane windows and in the gable planes on both sides of the risalit two sixteen-pane windows.
In the left side facade of the transverse house (S) two sixteen-pane windows are also placed, one of which with eight-pane fanlight. In the gable top a rose window, in the gable top of the right side facade a shutter.
The business section is provided with arched six-pane stable windows with cast-iron frames and concrete drip mouldings. In the rear facade (W) an arched loading door and three stable doors beneath round arches, with white-plastered abutment stones. The loading door is flanked by small six-pane round arch windows, the shutter above it by rose windows.
Valuation
The transverse-house farmstead is of cultural, architectural-historical and urban planning importance on account of:
- the original function as commercial farmstead
- the spatial and functional coherence with the rectory and barn on the homestead
- the special farmstead type
- the image-determining location of the farmstead at the end of the tree-lined drive
