Inleiding
Geheel bakstenen verdiepingloos woonhuis op rechthoekige plattegrond onder een met pannen gedekt zadeldak evenwijdig aan de voorgevel, omstreeks 1850 gebouwd in ambachtelijk-traditionele bouwtrant met enige klassieke motieven in lijstwerk van de voorgevel.
Omschrijving
Gevels geheel opgetrokken uit baksteen. De voorgevel is uitgevoerd als lijstgevel in rode baksteen met strekken boven de raamkozijnen in gele baksteen. De voorgevel bezit een centraal geplaatste entree met aan weerszijden twee stuks houten 2x3 ruits schuiframen. De entree is voorzien van een klassieke omlijsting met kroonlijst en bezit een twee paneels deur en een bovenlicht met deelroede. De zuidelijke kopgevel is uitgevoerd in gemêleerde baksteen met afwijkend metselwerk in de top; op de begane grond nabij de voorgevel bevindt zich een houten 2x3 ruits schuifraam. Naast dit raam zijn bouwsporen aanwezig van een tweede raamkozijn van gelijke afmetingen. In de geveltop is een 2x2 ruits schuifraam aanwezig. De uitbouw op de begane grond is van recenter bouwjaar.
De noordelijke zijgevel is eveneens in gemêleerde steen uitgevoerd bezit een 2x2 ruits schuifraam in de top. Bij de achtergevel is een kleine, plat gedekte uitbouw aangebracht.
Het zadeldak is evenwijdig aan de voorgevel aangebracht en gedekt met gesmoorde pannen. Ter plaatse van de kopgevels bevinden zich overstekken met windveren.

Wholly brick single-storey dwelling house on rectangular ground plan beneath a pantile-covered gabled roof parallel to the front elevation, built circa 1850 in traditional craft building style with some classical motifs in the moulding of the front elevation.
Description
Facades wholly built up in brick. The front elevation is executed as a cornice-topped facade in red brick with courses above the window frames in yellow brick. The front elevation has a centrally placed entrance with on either side two wooden 2x3 pane sash windows. The entrance is provided with a classical surround with cornice and has a two-panel door and a fanlight with glazing bars. The southern gable end is executed in mixed brick with different brickwork in the top; on the ground floor near the front elevation there is a wooden 2x3 pane sash window. Adjacent to this window are building traces of a second window frame of equal dimensions. In the gable top is a 2x2 pane sash window present. The extension on the ground floor is of more recent construction date.
The northern side gable is likewise executed in mixed brick and has a 2x2 pane sash window in the top. At the rear elevation a small flat-roofed extension has been added.
The gabled roof is placed parallel to the front elevation and covered with smothered pantiles. At the gable ends there are eaves with wind braces.
