Inleiding
Eenvoudig, in ambachtelijk-traditionele trant gebouwd koetshuis, omstreeks het begin van de twintigste eeuw gebouwd bij de enkele jaren oudere villa.
Omschrijving
Eén bouwlaag hoog bouwwerk op L-vormige plattegrond, voorzien van een plat dak. De gevels zijn opgetrokken uit rode handvorm baksteen. Aan de zijde van de villa is, mogelijk relatief recent, in de hoofdgevel een dubbele, rechthoekige garagedeur aangebracht. In de naar de straat gekeerde gevel bevindt zich een originele dubbele getoogde houten deur als wagentoegang tot het gebouw. Deze deuropening wordt afgesloten door een ontlastingsboog met blokjes geel metselwerk. Evenals in de tegen- overliggende gevel, is links van de deur een houten zes-ruits schuifraam geplaatst. Een enkelvoudige toegangsdeur bevindt zich aan de zuidzijde van de uitbouw. De gevels worden afgesloten door een overstekende daklijst op houten klosjes.

Description
One storey high building on L-shaped floor plan, provided with a flat roof. The facades are constructed from red hand-made brick. On the side of the villa, possibly relatively recently, a double, rectangular garage door has been inserted in the main facade. In the facade facing the street there is an original double arched wooden door as a vehicle entrance to the building. This door opening is closed off by a relieving arch with yellow brickwork blocks. As in the opposite facing facade, to the left of the door a wooden six-pane sash window is placed. A single entrance door is located on the south side of the extension. The facades are closed off by an overhanging roof edge on wooden blocks.

Coach house of importance as part of the complex and as a characteristic object from the building period.
