Inleiding
Verdiepingloos, gedeeltelijk onderkelderd woonhuis op rechthoekige plattegrond onder een met pannen gedekt zadeldak, omstreeks 1890 gebouwd in ambachtelijk-traditionele stijl met neo-renaissance stijlinvloeden in met name de geveldecoraties. Het woonhuis staat in het verlengde naast de schuur. Tegen de achtergevel van het woonhuis bevindt zich een recente keukenaanbouw onder een met pannen gedekt lessenaarsdak, die niet voor bescherming in aanmerking komt.
Omschrijving
Woonhuis met geheel uit roodbruine machinale baksteen in kruisverband opgetrokken gevels op een zware, gepleisterde plint. Rondom zijn de gevels voorzien van decoratief metselwerk in de vorm van gele baksteen in banden en strekken. In de banden bevinden zich accenten in geroete steen. De voor- en achtergevel worden afgesloten door geprofileerde metalen bakgoten op ojiefvormige klossen. De plaatsing van de klossen is aangepast aan de plaatsing van de ramen, waardoor deze onregelmatig is. De topgevels bezitten dakoverstekken met windveren op geprofileerde klossen.
De gevel aan de straatzijde is als voorgevel met vensters uitgevoerd, hoewel de entree zich aan de overigens nagenoeg blinde achtergevel bevindt. De voorgevel is, in analogie met het interieur, symmetrisch opgezet met aan beide hoeken twee 2x3-ruits schuiframen en in het midden één gelijksoortig schuifraam. Overigens rechts van het midden een klein, nagenoeg vierkant raampje. De vensters zijn behangen met persiennes. De beide kopgevels zijn gelijk uitgevoerd met een smal 3-ruits schuifraam nabij de voorgevel en een 4-ruits schuifraam in de top. De hoofdentree bevind zich centraal in de achtergevel. Het zadeldak met de nok evenwijdig aan de voorgevel is gedekt met gesmoorde kruispannen.
Het sobere interieur is symmetrisch van opzet met kamers over de hele diepte van het pand aan beide kopgevels en een enkele kamer in het midden aan de voorgevel, waarachter zich de entreehal bevindt. Voorts onder meer sobere, enkelvoudige balkenplafonds, lambrizeringen en binnenblinden in de kamers.

Residential house with facades entirely constructed from reddish-brown machine-made brick in stretcher bond on a heavy, rendered plinth. Around the entire perimeter, the facades are provided with decorative brickwork in the form of yellow brick in bands and stretches. In the bands are accents in sooted stone. The front and rear facades are finished with moulded metal gutters on ogee-shaped consoles. The placement of the consoles is adapted to the placement of the windows, which makes it irregular. The gable ends possess roof overhangs with wind braces on moulded consoles.
The street-facing facade is executed as a front elevation with windows, although the entrance is located on the otherwise almost blind rear facade. The front facade is, in analogy with the interior, symmetrically arranged with two 2x3-pane sash windows at both corners and in the centre one similar sash window. Otherwise to the right of the centre a small, almost square window. The windows are hung with blinds. Both gable ends are identically executed with a narrow 3-pane sash window near the front facade and a 4-pane sash window in the gable. The main entrance is located centrally in the rear facade. The gabled roof with the ridge parallel to the front facade is covered with burnt cross tiles.
The sober interior is symmetrically arranged with rooms across the full depth of the building at both gable ends and a single room in the middle at the front facade, behind which the entrance hall is located. Furthermore, among others sober, simple beam ceilings, wainscoting and interior blinds in the rooms.
