Inleiding
Koetshuis met koetsierswoning, paardestal en hooizolder.
Vermoedelijk tegelijk met het landhuis in 1895 gebouwd naar ontwerp van de Haagse architect J.J. van Nieukerken en uitgevoerd in chaletstijl met rijke decoratie, met name in houtwerk. Hersteld in 1988, na een brand.
Omschrijving
Koetshuis opgetrokken uit roodbruine machinale vormbaksteen; natuurstenen vensterbanken, consoles, hoekblokken, kraagstenen; hout in vakwerk topgevels. Op rechthoekige plattegrond met uitgebouwde erker en enigszins risalerende topgevels.
Het pand bestaat uit een begane grond en een kapverdieping.
Schilddak met plat en overhangende daklijsten; dwarse hoekkappen, gedekt met gesmoorde kruispannen; windveren met bewerkte ondereinden.
Het noordelijke gedeelte van het object omvat de voormalige koetsierswoning met diverse houten (kruis)kozijnen; erker met balkon met houten hekwerk en balkondeuren onder dwarskapje, gedekt met leien in maasdekking en voorzien van houten top; ingangspartij. Uitkragende kapverdieping op natuurstenen consoles, kroonlijst; vakwerk in topgevels en borstwering.
Topgevels met vensters met roedeverdeling. Open dakruiter. In het middendeel van de westgevel twee dubbele houten wagendeuren ter plaatse van voormalige koetshuis. Zuidwestelijk deel (voormalig paardestal) met topgevel; op begane grond reeks gekoppelde vensters, voorzien van houten uitgesneden consoles met kroonlijst en daarboven topgevel met vakwerk, goederendeur en vensters. Zuidgevel is een vrijwel blinde gevel met een houten deur met bovenlicht. Oostgevel met onder meer houten schuifvensters; achterdeur met bovenlicht; ter plaatse van voormalige koetshuis een dubbele houten wagendeur en een reeks gekoppelde vensters, hoog in de gevel.
In het interieur van de woning onder meer houten plafonds; in de salon zwart marmeren schouw; in de keuken schouw met tegels, voormalige bedstede. In het voormalige koetshuisgedeelte onder meer een houten wand met kasten, tuigberging en haken voor ophangen van het tuig; plafond met kraalbeschot.

East facade with among others wooden sash windows; rear door with fanlight; at the location of the former coach house a double wooden carriage door and a series of coupled windows, high up in the facade.
In the interior of the dwelling among others wooden ceilings; in the salon black marble fireplace; in the kitchen fireplace with tiles, former bed-cupboard.
