Omschrijving
Bakstenen woning met langsgevel, bestaande uit een bouwlaag en een kap. Het achterste gedeelte van het pand bevat de voormalige deel.
De symmetrisch ingedeelde voorgevel is voorzien van houten 2x3 ruits schuiframen met houten luiken; de houten voordeur heeft een bovenlicht met levensboom. Aan de gevel een eenvoudige bakgoot op houten klosjes. In beide zijgevels van de woning bevindt zich een vernieuwd venster. De langsgevel aan de achterzijde is ondermeer voorzien van een dubbele houten wagendeur, de vroegere toegang naar de deel. Aan deze zijdebevindt zich een aanbouwtje uit het begin van deze eeuw met de achteringang; tevens bevindt zich hier een kraan en een waterput.
De woning is voorzien van een zadeldak dat gedekt is met rode hollandse pannen.
In het interieur is ondermeer de indeling met het woongedeelte en de deel nog goed herkenbaar. Op de verdieping bevond zich de hooiopslag. De kap is beschoten en de verdiepingvloer bestaat uit houten planken, waarin het luik voor het hooi nog te herkennen is.
Waardering
Vrij gave boerderijwoning met opvallende indeling met voormalige deel. Van belang als onderdeel van boerderijcomplex.

Brick dwelling with gable wall, consisting of one storey and a roof space. The rear section of the property contains the former barn floor.
The symmetrically arranged front facade is provided with wooden 2x3 pane sash windows with wooden shutters; the wooden front door has a fanlight with arborvitae. On the facade a simple roof gutter on wooden blocks. In both side walls of the dwelling is a renewed window. The gable wall at the rear is among other things provided with a double wooden waggon door, the former entrance to the barn floor. On this side is a small extension from the beginning of this century with the rear entrance; also located here are a tap and a water pump.
The dwelling is provided with a gabled roof which is covered with red Dutch tiles.
In the interior the division with the residential section and the barn floor is still clearly recognisable. On the upper storey was the hay storage. The roof truss is boarded and the upper storey floor consists of wooden boards, in which the hatch for the hay is still recognisable.
Valuation
