Omschrijving
De VILLABOERDERIJ bestaat uit een woonhuisgedeelte op T-vormige plattegrond met daarachter een stalgedeelte en een dwars geplaatst koetshuis. Het samengestelde schild-zadeldak boven het woonhuis en het zadeldak boven de stal zijn met zwarte Hollandse pannen gedekt, het koetshuis heeft een rietgedekt wolfdak. De noklijnen van de daken boven het woonhuisgedeelte en het koethuis hebben dezelfde hoogte metdaartussen het lagere zadeldak van het stalgedeelte.
De gevels van de boerderij zijn opgetrokken in bruine baksteen. De horizontale sierbanden ter hoogte van onder-, wissel- en bovendorpels van de vensters, de strekken en het vakwerk-achtige fries zijn uitgevoerd in geelbruine baksteen. In het woonhuisgedeelte acht- en zesruits vensters onder segmentbogen, rondbogen en strekken. In het midden van de voorgevel (Z) de hoofdentree tot het woonhuisgedeelte in een portiek onder een rechthoekig torentje met overstekend tentdak. De risaliet rechts van de entree wordt gedekt door een overstekend afgewolfd zadeldak. De middenrisaliet aan de westgevel van het woonhuis heeft eveneens een overstekend afgewolfd zadeldak. De dubbele glasdeur met roedenverdeling rechts daarvan is voorzien van een gedeeld bovenlicht onder segmentboog. Boven de gemetselde erker links tegen de oostgevel is in het dakschild een steekkap aangebracht. In het terugliggende geveldeel rechts een keukendeur en twee (vernieuwde) dubbele zesruits keukenvensters.
De deuren en twaalfruits vensters in de gevels (O en W) van het stalgedeelte zijn onder segmentbogen geplaatst. De inrijdeuren in de kopse gevels (O en W) van het koetshuis zijn dicht gezet. In de deuren zijn vensters met roedenverdeling aangebracht. De hooiluiken in de geveltoppen hebben tweeruits bovenlichten onder rondbogen. De inrijdeuren onder segmentboog in de noordgevel zijn nog als zodanig in gebruik. Aan weerszijden getoogde twaalfruits vensters.

Description
The VILLA FARMHOUSE consists of a dwelling section on a T-shaped floor plan with a stable section behind it and a transversely placed coach house. The composite hipped-gabled roof above the dwelling house and the gabled roof above the stable are covered with black Dutch tiles, the coach house has a reed-thatched half-hipped roof. The ridge lines of the roofs above the dwelling section and the coach house are at the same height with the lower gabled roof of the stable section in between.
The facades of the farmhouse are built of brown brick. The horizontal ornamental bands at the level of lower, intermediate and upper lintels of the windows, the stretches and the lattice-like frieze are executed in yellowish-brown brick. In the dwelling section eight- and six-pane windows under segmental arches, round arches and stretches. In the middle of the front gable (S) the main entrance to the dwelling section in a porch under a rectangular tower with overhanging tent roof. The risalit to the right of the entrance is covered by an overhanging arched gabled roof. The centre risalit on the west gable of the dwelling has likewise an overhanging arched gabled roof. The double glazed door with glazing bars to the right of it is provided with a divided fanlight under a segmental arch. Above the masonry bay window on the left against the east gable a roof light is inserted in the roof slope. In the recessed gable section to the right a kitchen door and two (renewed) double six-pane kitchen windows.
The doors and twelve-pane windows in the facades (E and W) of the stable section are placed under segmental arches. The carriage doors in the gable ends (E and W) of the coach house are blocked up. Windows with glazing bars have been inserted in the doors. The hay doors in the gable tops have two-pane fanlights under round arches. The carriage doors under segmental arch in the north gable are still in use as such. On either side recessed twelve-pane windows.
