Omschrijving
KOETSHUIS van één bouwlaag op vierkante plattegrond onder tentdak met antracietgrijze tuile du Nordpannen gedekt. Op de nok een gepleisterde schoorsteen. De gepleisterde gevels zijn uitgevoerd met een grijze plint en een hoofdgestel met kroonlijst op modillons. Alle vensters van het koetshuis hebben een diagonale roedenverdeling. In de voorgevel (Z) inrijdeuren met kleine roosvensters onder segmentboog en links daarvan een venster. Centraal in de westgevel een deur met roosvenstertje onder bovenlicht. Tegen de blinde achtergevel (N) een houten aanbouw onder lessenaardak en in de oostgevel drie vensters. De houten dakkapel met venster in het dakschild aan de voorzijde (Z) heeft een plat dak met geprofileerde daklijst. Waardering

Description
COACH HOUSE of one storey on a square plan under a hipped roof covered with anthracite grey tuile du Nord tiles. On the ridge a plastered chimney. The plastered facades are executed with a grey plinth and a main entablature with cornice on modillons. All windows of the coach house have diagonal glazing bars. In the front facade (S) carriage doors with small grille windows under a segmental arch and to the left a window. Centrally in the west facade a door with small grille window under a fanlight. Against the blank rear facade (N) a wooden extension under a half-hipped roof and in the east facade three windows. The wooden roof dormer with window in the roof panel on the front (S) has a flat roof with moulded drip moulding.
