Omschrijving
Het woonhuis heeft een rechthoekige plattegrond, is één bouwlaag en een kapverdieping hoog en opgetrokken uit roodbruine baksteen. De voorgevel is een lijstgevel van vier traveeën breedte, voorzien van gepleisterde plint, banden, sluitstenen met diamantkoppen en kroonlijst. De tweede travee van links bevat de ingangspartij met houten voordeur, met bovenlicht, te bereiken via natuurstenen trapje. Overige traveeën bevatten houten T-vensters met gekleurd glas-in-lood in de bovenramen. Boven de ingangspartij een door de kroonlijst brekende gemetselde dakopbouw met halfrond venster. Deze is voorzien van gemetselde lisenen op consoles en bekroond door een gepleisterd fronton met gemetseld tympaan. Fronton bekroond door een opbouw met klauwstukken.
De achtergevel is twee bouwlagen hoog. Op de begane grond onder meer gepleisterde plint, achteringang met aan weerszijden gekoppelde vensters en op verdieping enkele schuiframen.
Eenvoudige goot op houten klosjes.
Het woonhuis is voorzien van een asymmetrisch zadeldak gedekt met rode hollandse pannen.
In het interieur onder meer op begane grond stucplafonds met onder meer kopjes, schuifdeuren met glas-in-lood in kamers en suite.

Description
The residential house has a rectangular floor plan, is one storey and a roof storey high and built of reddish-brown brick. The front facade is a cornice-topped facade of four bays width, provided with plastered plinth, bands, keystones with diamond heads and cornice. The second bay from the left contains the entrance section with wooden front door, with fanlight, reached via natural stone steps. Other bays contain wooden T-windows with coloured stained glass in the upper lights. Above the entrance section a brick roof structure breaking through the cornice with half-round window. This is provided with brick lisenes on consoles and crowned by a plastered pediment with brick tympanum. Pediment crowned by a structure with claw pieces.
The rear facade is two storeys high. On the ground floor among others plastered plinth, rear entrance with on either side coupled windows and on upper storey some sash windows.
Simple gutter on wooden consoles.
The residential house is provided with an asymmetric gabled roof covered with red Dutch tiles.
